*PLEASE NOTE: The pool area is available to you throughout your stay for your enjoyment. You are able to heat the pool for $35 per day if you wish. Please ask for pool heat when booking. Thanks.*
Welcome to a beautiful home in the sought after Solterra community! Featuring a resort style pool with a lazy river and water slide, restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouse and much more! This spacious townhome also has a private heated pool with outdoor bathroom. This home comes furnished inside and out, set up perfectly as a vacation home. In an area close to golf communities, amusement parks, various restaurants and the hustle and bustle that Orlando has to offer. Located in central Florida close by the interstate that connects the beaches of both coasts. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home offers a double master, kitchen with gas stove and an island set up with barstools for entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor bar and grill area overlooking your very own pool with plenty of woods beyond the screen with wildlife. 

Please note:
This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as welcome packs etc. can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
*Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 8 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).

We had to pay extra to enjoy the resort amenities and then didn’t get to use them because they were at capacity. The grill the we had to pay to use is very cheap and open to the wind, we had to take out food off and finish cooking it inside. The patio lights wouldn’t turn on despite’s trying every switch and button. The property was clean other than the ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable. There was always a delayed response from the property management but when they did reply they were accommodating. The pool looks bigger in the listing than it actually is but was still nice to have to cool off in with privacy. All in all our stay was good and we would stay here again.

Where do I Begin? This house was amazing from the checkIn and the communication. The resort was beautiful. The house was well-maintained clean. Exceeded all expectations. I had no disappointments at all. I would definitely stay here again thank you for having us.

Solterra Resort townhome
Townhome spacious and clean. Probably a great place to stay for a short time, but not for 3 months. Refrigerator very noisy with broken shelf. Gate entry into resort area very congested. Spent 30 - 45 minutes at times to return. Traffic everywhere we went was awful.

Disappointed with our stay
I am disappointed with our stay. It started with entering the community; every time we had to enter the complex, there were long lines to enter the gate; it was very unorganized and frustrating. The house wasn't clean, and the floors and walls were dirty. When we arrived, we noticed that the towels in the bathrooms were all slightly wet, as if they didn't wait for them to dry or were dirty from the previous renters. The pull-out bed in the kid's room had dog food and hair all over it. The comforters in two of the other rooms were visibly dirty. The upstairs master bedroom bed is broken down badly, with a big hump in the middle, and then it sagged on either side. The comforter in that room was put back on the bed dirty, and the one in the closest was also visibly dirty with stains. The microwave didn't work; the outlet was broken, and the plug wouldn't plug in. The oven takes twice as long, if not more, to cook things and cooks very unevenly. Some dishes are chipped, and the spatulas and pans are in poor condition, making them unsafe to use.
