Located in the very safe, walkable lower PAC Heights neighborhood, your furnished bedroom is in a 3 bedroom 1200sf apartment. Share a large kitchen, living room and bath with 2 guys. Built in 1906, the apartment has tall ceilings and wood floors. There is a laundry mat 2 blocks away.
The kitchen is always kept stocked and ready for you if you like to cook: We have lots of cookware, dishes spices and oils.
Just bring your bags and make yourself at home!
The space
The apartment gives you a feel of old San Francisco with 11’ ceilings, hardwood floors, eclectic furnishing and lots of original art by local artist (I’ve owned several galleries)

Absolutely Everything is provided here so just bring your bags, and make yourself at home!

We have great, High Speed Internet, full cable tv and Netflix.

The kitchen is well stocked with basics: oils, lots of spices, paper products and a plethora of cookware. There is a Keurig Coffee Brew and a tea kettle.

Your bedroom has a large glass desk and chair, TV, a full size bed with all linens. Plus, furniture with tons of drawer space and a closet.

The bathroom is shared but all guests have commented how easy it’s been and there is always plenty of hot water.
