Tämä erittäin tilava 1 154 neliöjalkaa 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu kuusi ja tarjoaa king-vuoteen isännässä. Ylimääräinen neliömateriaali voidaan tuntea kaikkialla ja antaa tälle asunnolle kodin tunnelman. Siinä on myös ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja oma parveke, jolta toisella puolella on rinteet ja toisella näköala vuorille. Se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla River Run Villagessa, joten olet askeleen päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja paikallisista juhlista. Lisäksi olet lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä gondolta.

Tilava sisäänkäynti tarjoaa asennetut koukut, kuutiopenkit ja pitkän penkin avuksesi ja tullessasi koko päivän. Ylimitoitettu olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio kivikaasutakan vieressä ja suuret viihtyisät huonekalut. Sohva vetää ulos queen-size-vuode, joka tarjoaa ylimääräisen makuutila. Lisävuodevaatteet ja viltit ovat kaapissa. Olohuoneen ulkopuolella on oma parveke, josta voit nauttia rinteestä etelään ja vuoristomaisemaan pohjoiseen.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa, ja siinä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokailutila on enemmän kuin ruokasali, koska se on siirtynyt pääasiallisesta oleskelutilasta. Siinä on kaunis puupöytä, johon mahtuu mukavasti kuusi. Aamiaisbaarissa on neljä lisäpaikkaa. Ensimmäinen kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta sijaitsee aivan oleskelutilan ulkopuolella ja siinä on yksi pesuallas-turhamaisuus ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on varustettu pyyhkeillä ja ensimmäisillä kylpytuotteilla.

Tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kiinteä taulutelevisio ja oma sisäänkäynti parvekkeelle. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja ovi erottaa wc-alueen ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmän yksityisyyden lisäämiseksi. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja taulutelevisio.

Great location in River Run Village

Conveniently located in the River Run village and only a 4-5 minute walk from the gondola lift. The rental, check-in/check-out processes were all easy and the condo was as described. I would stay here again.

Spacious and convenient

Generous space for a family of four with many convenience features. The most spacious corner unit we stayed at. Only a short walk from the gondola and many restaurants. The unit is right next to the elevator for extra convenience, absent of traffic noise during our spring break stay. Ski rental is right across from the parking garage entrance (we rented from Norski, which offers much better rental rate and locational convenience for this Dakota unit). Would stay again for our next Keystone visit.

No heat

A very COLD weekend. This unit is a family friendly unit. Some wear and tear but comfortable. The problem was the building had no heat the entire weekend. We had no heat first night, property manager brought 2 space heaters so we could get ready for a wedding and advised heat would be up by early afternoon, we returned from wedding, still no heat. No follow up calls to us regarding this. When called to discuss after visit, was told we would get a call, it has been a week and no call has been received.

Wonderful Christmas Family Vacation

We had a wonderful trip at this location. If you’re coming with younger kids, keep in mind that it’s about a 7 minute walk to the gondola. We were able to find some courtesy wagons to pull our youngest and all of our gear! Lots of shops nearby within walking distance to load up on groceries. Views were awesome. If you look out the dining room you see the ice skating rink. If you look out the living room, you see the slopes. We didn’t have any waiting problems with the elevator. Loved the full size coffee maker. Carpet needs to be replaced. Master bed was pretty hard. Heater was having some struggles which maintenance did address quickly. We ended up having thick blankets delivered from bed bath and beyond because they didn’t have any. Shower head in the guest bathroom was super weak. Those are just ways to make this place even better! Love that the place was right off the elevator! Will stay again!

Cyclists with Bike Trailers Avoid Keystone

We have been coming out to CO every summer for the past 9 years for bike races, only missing a year during the pandemic. We’ve stayed in Silverthorne, Leadville, Copper, Breckenridge, and Snowmass. I booked the first 4 nights of our trip this time in Keystone as I thought a quieter town could be a nice change. I was excited for the lake sports for the kids. The condo itself was adequate - spacious for a family of 6. We were thoroughly disappointed on how unfriendly the Keystone Resort is to cyclists with TRAILERS. We have a small 4x8 enclosed trailer with racing bikes, nutrition, gear, and spare parts. Despite all the open lots the resort makes everyone with a trailer park over 2 miles away in the north lot. Anyone racing know the cost of the gear and parking away isn’t an option you want to take. We packed up and left after 2 nights due to the trailer parking issue and the rude staff and Dakota Lodge owner who complained. We gave the rest of our $$$ to Breckenridge who is far more friendly to cyclists. As a business leader, Keystone Resorts is losing out on catering to a community of cyclists in their low season for a few months when open lots outside of the resort for trailer parking shouldn’t be a big deal and could be controlled with lodging parking passes. It’s not like they have to plow the snow this time of year when the lots are closed between 2-6am. There was plenty of parking Saturday even with the Blue Grass Festival there. The trailer itself isn’t an eye sore for resort owners and guests. There was the same one in the lot already being used by the resort. Disappointed - we definitely won’t be back to Keystone. On a side note - I’ve never left a negative review anywhere but this resort disappointed us so much I want other cyclists who haul bike trailers to know about our experience and advise to book elsewhere.

Kyestone Condo

Lovely condo with lots of windows and sunlight. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Only complaint would be the noise level at night. Condo is close to downtown Keystone and there are quite a few noisy intoxicated people walking the streets at night.

Great summer homebase

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One final weekend of fun before school started for our 5 and 7 year olds went smoothly with this condo. Prime location both in the Keystone village but also short drives to Breckenridge and Dillon. The pool and hot tub were major hits for all of us (clean, functioning, and accessible). Keep in mind that this condo (most in the mountains, actually) don't have air conditioning, but with the cool mountain nights, open windows and the fans in the condo did the trick for sleeping well on the great mattresses. Also, when they say that checkout is 10am, they mean 10am. The cleaning crew was standing outside our door at 945am and knocking at exactly 10am. Fortunately we were packed but it may have been a bit more stressful had we not.

We had so much fun just hanging out and walking around. Nothing was open as it was off season but we still had a great time. The condo was cozy and clean. There was a little bit of a weird smell, probably from the carpet, but didn't affect the trip. Overall great place and would do it again!

Walking distance to everything you need to ski

Very good stay. 2nd time in two years at this property. Skied for a few days. Enjoyed the jacuzzi on the property. Enjoyed proximity to the restaurants, shops, and lifts.

Great Jumping Off Point

Property was clean, great location, and comfortable. There's so much hiking nearby...we love the area. Wifi supported 2 people working remotely and on zoom, communication with the management company was smooth (we unexpectedly needed to receive packages), and beds were comfy. Unit has humidifiers, which is great too. Would stay again.

Happy overall

Elevator was not working the 1st day so it was difficult bringing luggage up the 3rd floor - with 2 seniors with us. However, help was offered but we just didn’t want to wait. Elevator fixed the next day. Everything else was good and fit our needs. Spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with all necessities. Great location. Will recommend and most likely book another CO vacation here. We are happy overall! Thank you!

A-Basin Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe this was not the unit I rented and that the rental agency switched units on me. I advised them of that and they never looked into it, even after I gave them the VRBO property number that I thought I rented. Also, the elevator was shut down for 3 days while I was there and the rental company said the HOA only told them about that an hour before the rental company sent me a text advising me of the shut down. That's BS! The rental agency should be checking with the HOA frequently and asking about planned maintenance. An elevator repair doesn't just happen over night. It has to be scheduled in advance, and I should have been notified of it so I would have rented a ground floor unit or a unit elsewhere. Carrying luggage down 3 flights of stairs on departure was not a pleasant experience.
