One of a kind, fully renovated modern Lakehouse offers the best of lake living and awesome trails. This amazing home has plenty of room for everyone to kick back, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks on Lake Avalon. Close to downtown Bentonville & nestled right off the Little Sugar & Back 40 Trails.
This house has TWO living areas! One upstairs and one downstairs, each with big screen TVs. The kitchen is large and open with a huge island for entertaining and is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There are 4 bathrooms, each with its own beautiful and newly updated shower.
There is a deck off one of the primary bedrooms upstairs overlooking the lake and the downstairs living rooms has french doors leading out to the patio and lake.

The Heron House was designed with great times and forever memories in mind. Kayaks, swimming, grilling & amazing fishing just at your fingertips...plus the best biking setup!

Heron House was the perfect gathering point for our family. We were close to many of the wonderful area attractions, yet located in a peaceful, gorgeous lakeview setting for hours of visiting, swimming, kayaking and meals. Large dining tables inside and out facilitated our gathering, and the well-equipped kitchen and large island make it a dream for food prep. We are already planning our return….as are our neighbors who heard about our fantastic experience at Heron House.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Our grandkids spent so much time fishing from the dock and kayaking. It kept them busy for hours!

Great Location,Views

Greeted by fresh flowers! The house was great for our group of 9 with the big open area between the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Tastefully furnished and fully stocked kitchen. The sloping backyard to the lake was easy to navigate and the kayak launch was super helpful. The host was very easy to work with. Would stay here again!

Guys golf trip

Ten guys (over 60) played golf for three days. With inflatable mattresses, using sofas, etc., we were great. Shrimp boil in the backyard, one night of filets. The view out the back was the best, and access to the lake easiest access we have had in four different stays at BV.

Great stay!

We stayed here with a group of friends for our yearly golf trip. The house was perfect! 8 of us total, plenty of room for all. Clean, beautifully decorated, and fishing poles and tackle to boot! Thank you!!

Wonderful

Family vacation to celebrate a 50th anniversary. The grandkids enjoyed fishing and swimming. House accommodations for 11 people were perfect. Was everything I expected and our week was great.

Family spring break

We enjoyed our stay at Heron House. The location was great and the view of Lake Avalon was wonderful…great sunrises! The kids loved seeing the local Heron stop on the dock or flying around. Their only disappointment was they didn’t catch any fish, but it kept them occupied for a long while. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was completely stocked! The proximity to Bentonville was ideal! I highly recommend staying here.

Spring Break trip

Perfect location for mountain biking the Little Sugar trail network with access up the street. House was great with plenty of room for two families. Furnishings and decorating were high end and well thought out. Bike racks, wash station, and work stand were nice touches for the mountain bikers. Housekeeping miscommunication upon arrival was worked out quickly with great owner communication.

Wedding

We had four families staying there for a wedding. The view was so pretty. We were able to take kayaks out on lake. Theres a really pretty sunroom to sit and have coffee and enjoy the view. This house really worked for us because each family had their own bathrooms. We had some littles and the house accommodated for that, ie booster seat, pack n play a bath tub. Kitchen very well stocked. Beds were really comfortable. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Tge host responded immediately with any questions. Nice place to stay

OVERHYPED

The pictures of the property must be pretty old, could definitly use some freshening up. The house creaks and squeaks wherever you walk. The linens and other household items could use replacing. Will not stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Nice home with plenty of room for all 11 of us. The up and downstairs living spaces were large with lots of seating. Best equipped kitchen I've ever had in a rental home. Close to amenities.Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a family weekend

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Heron House. The house is beautiful, and the aesthetic choices are excellent! The kitchen is very well stocked, and the view is gorgeous. The adults spent much time in the upper-level open area while the kids ruled the downstairs area. They loved the hanging chairs and massive TV. One thing to mention is the bunk beds are in a tiny room. The kids opted to sleep on the futons. The lake toys were fabulous, and we enjoyed spending time in kayaks and fishing. We will be back!

Nice family getaway

Lovely Property

We had a great time staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The house was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the sunrises with our morning coffee. The kitchen was spacious and mostly equipped for all the cooks preparing Thanksgiving dinner. We needed to communicate with the host for a couple items and responses always came quickly. Very nice bike rack in the garage. The trails were a short walk up the hill. We would love to stay here again on any future trip to Bella Vista.

Awesome Property

This property wad absolutely AMAZING! Bryce the owner was awesome to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Our stay was for our daughter's wedding and couldn't have been a better gathering place for family and friends. Highly recommend and we would love to to stay again! Can't say enough good things!

Great Weekend

We were in town for a weekend softball tournament. The space was perfect for our group. It was in great condition: clean, modern and spacious. It was a beautiful spot on the lake. The owners were very helpful with information prior to our visit and were very flexible with the checkout time. I would highly recomend this property.
