2278 Oyster Catcher CourtKävele suositulle North Beachille tästä kauniista kodista. Nauti marskinäkymästä takakannelta. Tämä avoin ja nykyaikainen 4 makuuhuoneen (Q, F, F, 2T) tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa nauttia perheen ja ystävien seurassa. Kävele kadun toisella puolella tietä, joka johtaa North Beachille. Nauti auki rannasta, katsele delfiinien uimavettä - tämä on upea koti lomallesi tarpeisiin.

Avoimessa suuressa huoneessa on katedraalin katot, viimeistetyt parketit ja tonnia ikkunoita, joista on näkymä suolle. Aseta sohville katsomaan ohjelmaa tai DVD: tä HDTV: llä tai palaa erilliselle oleskelualueelle takan ääreen hiljaiseen keskusteluun perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Pieni pelipöytä on täydellinen palapelin tai pelikorttien kokoamiseen. Astu takakannen ovien läpi, josta on näköala vuoroveden suolle. Tarkkaile rannan lintuja ja hirviä nauttien illallisesta 6-paikkaisella pöydällä. Grilli kaasugrilli auringon laskiessa muuttaa taivaan oranssiksi ja punaiseksi.

Ruokapöydässä on pöytä, johon mahtuu kuusi. Kerää ja jaa päiväsi tarinoita rannalla tai golfkentällä. Suuressa huoneessa avoimessa keittiössä on graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja hyvin varustetut kaapit. Tarjoile aamiaista pöydän ympärillä kuudelle, joista on näkymät takapihalle ja kattoikkuna yläpuolella. Pesutupa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Yksi on täysikokoinen sänky ja kaksi muuta erillistä vuodetta. Niiden välissä on täysi kylpyamme suihkulla / kylpyammeella. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone. Siinä on queen-size-vuode ja vieressä oleva kylpyamme. Päällikkökylvyssä on kaksi turhuutta - toisessa pesuallas ja toisessa täydellinen valmistautumiseen yöksi kaupunkiin. Makuuhuoneesta on aurinkohuone. Nauti kirjan lukemisesta tai vain poistumisesta kaikesta tässä valoisassa huoneessa. Istu parvekkeella ja kuuntele valtameren aaltoja. Yläkerran toisessa makuuhuoneessa oli täysikokoinen sänky ja täysi kylpyamme suurella suihkulla.

Lisäkortit, jotka antavat pääsyn Seabrook Island Club -tilaan, sisältyvät vuokraan. Nämä kortit antavat pääsyn merenranta-altaisiin (kausiluonteiset), Pelican's Nest -ravintolaan / -baariin (kausiluonteinen), Island House -ravintolaan / -baariin, golfiin ja tenniseen. Wonderful Vacation

The house was as described as well as the location to the beach. The house was nicely furnished, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

Great value and location

The property was just as advertised - clean, exquisitely decorated and super convenient to the beach (Boardwalks 1 and 2 - the latter is literally across the street). For families with toddlers/infants, there is a separate sunroom/reading room off the master bedroom that would be ideal for a crib or air mattress (it already has a sofa which I think converts to a bed). We had a great stay and Nancy & Co. were responsive and helpful as always!

Fabulous Weekend Get-away

This was an amazing home to stay in!! Just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed views of the marsh from the back deck. Located in beautiful Seabrook, this area was fun to explore and experience. The home had plenty of space for us all to spread out and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering in one spot. Lots of wonderful personal touches that made us feel welcomed. Will for sure stay here again.

Home was great. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Group that occupied property before us left a lot of trash around the outside of the home. A cupboard door was unhinged and a chair at the dining room table had a seat with was disconnected from the chair. Overall a nice home in a nice area.

Fabulous house and vacation

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook and the house was perfect for our family of 7. The location was ideal, right across from a beach access. The marsh views from the back deck were beautiful. I gave 4 starsrather than 5 for cleanliness only because there was trash strewn around the yard when we arrived. Clearly a critter had gotten into the trash cans. We requested it be picked up but that never happened so my husband picked it all up. Also there is a large stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a lovely house and we would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect beach getaway for family!

This rental was perfect for a family vacation with three generations getting together. There was plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and we especially loved sunsets on the back porch. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We hope to return again.

Summer vacation 2021

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook! There were 4 adults and 2 children and we had so much space! There was an extra bedroom since my son couldn’t make it. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything ready for home away from home.

Making Memories

Had a wonderful time. Location was excellent. Short 8 min walk to the beach. A lot of privacy. Close enough to Charleston that we were able to go 3 times the week we were there. Anything we needed was delivered right to the house. House was very clean & well stocked. Towels were plentiful & big & fluffy. Will definitely stay there again.

A lovely and most comfortable place to stay

Eight of us stayed in this house. Our group included 2 children ages 10 and 5 and 2 seniors. Everyone liked it. The house is very well equipped and most comfortable. The location suited our needs perfectly and we would welcome returning.

Nice open space and great location from downtown

Despite muggy and rainy weather throughout our time in Seabrook - and a few isolated issues -we enjoyed our stay. Nice open floor plan was great for our group of friends. Easy travel to downtown Charleston from Seabrook Island that alllowed us to avoid 526 and 17 altogether. A couple of issues with the house - a sprinkler system that seemed to run for long periods in the evening; a really noisy dishwasher; an ice dispenser on the fridge that we avoided using because a black substance (mold?) was coming from it. Also, contact name and info for house manager in reference book had not been updated, so it took two calls for question to be responded to.

Very comfortable and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home. It was an ideal location across from beach access and a comfortable bike ride to the pool. The house layout is great for multiple groups and ages. It had everything we needed! Our dogs loved being able to walk the beach and trails. We used the owners recommendation for dinner at The Fat Hen it was incredible! On the cold days we took a short drive into Charleston and enjoyed the sights. It was an amazing week. Thank you

Awesome home!

Our family of 7 visited Seabrook Island for the first time this year and had an amazing time! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for our family. Our favorite room was probably the large open living room that overlooked our back terrace/marsh. We had deer in our back yard every day coming from the marsh and out the front was our short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Really was the best of both worlds! Our only comment for families coming is that it is not within walking distance to the beach pools if you use the amenity cards. You would have to drive or ride your bikes to get there. Overall...we loved it and would recommend the house to other families!!

Great Location but property was in a negected state.

The proximity to the beach was great, as was the wildlife scenery (dolphins, jelly fish, lots of deer and birds, we even saw a bobcat). However, the property was not well maintained. Generally speaking it was down right dirty (dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty grill, dirty deck, dirty sheets/pillows, dirty bathrooms, you get the picture). There were also several things that weren't working properly, nothing major mind you, but little inconveniences like the pocket door to the master bath wouldn't close.

fantastic house

Our family of 11 rented this house for a week in July. The house was beautiful. We all loved the huge living room and two tables for 6. The sitting room off the master bedroom held the 3 children. So even though this is advertised as a 4 bedroom, there was really 5. There were two cots available and lots of towels, sheets and blankets. It was a very short walk to a terrific beach. We liked the outside shower to get the sand off. The house was spotless and furnished nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and silverware. Everything we needed to cook a meal. The street was quiet. Never saw or heard any neighbors. We hope to go back again and would definitely choose this house.
