This is a fully remodeled 1 bedroom and full 1 bathroom home with an open concept kitchen and living room. The remodeled bathroom features a shower and it easy to walk into. The home has central AC and heat.
The kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee machine, appliances, etc. We always strive for the best experience. The bedroom has a king bed with new comfy bedding for a great nights sleep. There is a desk for a designated work space. We provide free WiFi and parking. Netflix & Amazon are available.
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only steps away from shopping and restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, yummy restaurants and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, hospital and the beach.
The outside garden area is shared. There are chairs to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee.

We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well if you’re afraid it will be canceled.
Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing.
