Other things to note:
- The home is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing get away. Loud parties or events are prohibited as they will disrupt the neighbors (mostly elderly couples and young families). A fine will be imposed on those who break this policy. Please seek another location if you plan to host a party or event.
- A service charge will be assessed for every non-registered guest.
- Parking on the street is not allowed. The two driveways, carport, and garage will fit up to 5 cars.
- This is a smoke-free, pet, free house. Any smoke damage or signs of smoking or pets on the property will result in loss of security deposit.
