The Duke is a peaceful seclusion in the heart of Wears Valley. This 3800 sq ft property allows room for up to 17 guests to spread out and relax in peace and quiet with 7 bedrooms across two levels. Outside their is an expansive deck where you can sip a cup of coffee and be surrounded by luscious trees and nature during the day. Get free access to an amazing community POOL and stocked fishing pond just 4 miles down the road.

The Duke is perfect for large families or groups of friends with plenty of room for everyone with 2 master suites and 5 additional private bedrooms.

As you walk inside you will be greeted into a serene escape with cathedral ceilings featuring walls of windows, luxurious furniture and extra touches to ensure you feel as if you've escaped the day to day. You will enter into the great room featuring a private dining space, large fully stocked kitchen with island, and ample seating in the living room overlooking the 70" smart tv, and fireplace. The main level also has both private master suites each with their own private en suite and separate outdoor porches for quiet time with a book or glass of wine and rocking chairs to feel as if you are in another space. In addition, the kids have their own bunk room to have their own space but still be close enough to others.

Downstairs consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room, and outdoor deck. The game room is suited perfectly for all guests young and old. There is a pool table, wet bar, arcade game with over 200 games, and table games featuring checkers and connect 4 along with a 70" Smart TV. On each side of the game room there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each side features a bedroom with it's own fireplace, private sitting area, private porch as well as a second private bedroom and shared bathroom between the 2.

With 2 levels there is plenty of room for being together or spreading out. Majestic forest escape yet not too far from town. It truly doesn't get any better than that!

Items to Note:

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

This cabin is in the mountains and there is bear activity throughout all of the mountains. Please be aware of wild wildlife and do not feed them by any means. In addition please ensure your cars are locked without food at all times. Wildlife typically keeps to themselves but as you travel throughout the words it is very likely to encounter them.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
