An open-concept living and dining area upstairs invites easy gathering, with comfortable seating and room to spread out at the dining table. A second living area downstairs is set for movie nights and games, complete with a smart TV and chalkboard wall. For longer stays, a washer and dryer add everyday convenience. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and portable fans help keep you comfortable in any season.
Outdoor living
Step into the fenced backyard to a private haven for relaxing and play. The ground-level patio seats eight beneath a covered canopy and includes outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ grill. A dedicated corn hole area adds friendly competition. The highlight is the private hot tub - a seven-seat model featuring 39 hydrotherapy jets and a cascading LED-lit waterfall.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet galley kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cooking basics. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, bowls and cups, and barbecue utensils. A dining table makes mealtimes simple, whether it’s a quick breakfast before the trails or a shared dinner after a Red Rocks show.
