This third-floor condo is just a quick drive from the beach and lots of great attractions such as Broadway at the Beach. After a fun-filled day in the water, come back to use the outdoor shower to spritz away the sand before enjoying the covered balcony’s beautiful lake views. Inside, the living area is a great place to unwind with a large wall-mounted TV and a cozy electric fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, and you can serve your guests at the dining table with seating for four while the kids swing their feet from the three breakfast bar stools.

You can access several on-site resort amenities that include an outdoor pool. Take advantage of the sundeck’s shared grill and enjoy dining alfresco by the pool. You’ll also have access to the golf course on-site. The home’s private washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their very best during your stay, and the central AC will keep everything cool on those hot summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
