Great Location - But Could Be Better
As far as the condo - I give it a 3 based on location only, as it’s right next to the lifts. It’s missing a some stuff that can make it better. This unit is definitely someone’s bulk rental unit / bare bones. The living room furniture is terrible, there are limited cooking utensils, ex not a spatula in the place. They don’t give access to their ski locker, so you have to carry skis up 3 floors every night, the hot water heater doesn’t have enough for family of 5. Only reason to rent this place is to stay the closest to the trail and lifts.
If they weren’t next to the lift : trail I’d give this place a 1 for Vacasa managing it It’s my fault for not noticing that Vacasa managed this place when booking as I would have picked different. You can’t get ahold of anyone and all they want to do is text, and every reply is we’re working on it and will get back to you. Well we’re on way home now and never heard anything on several items. Communication is terrible, here is list from trip -
Parking Passes - they send email saying you to pick up pass, but no one tells you where to pick up, then finally they tell you it’s in the unit
Pool Passes were missing in the unit and all they wanted was for me to send a picture of the missing passes ???
No heads up the washer is broken, there’s a sign on it, but couldn’t answer when being repaired
Ski locker has sign that in unit that it uses the house key, but entry is keyless, couldn’t answer how to get access
