Longer vacations offer the luxury of time- available for a 30 plus night stay...enjoy your Oregon coast getaway at The Lighthouse, a uniquely shaped beach house that is sure to please those looking for a memorable experience. This unique round home, reminiscent of a lighthouse, has fantastic views of the waves crashing on the basalt rocks...just like a lighthouse perched on a promontory. When the wind blows fair, open the sliding glass doors wide to bring in the sights and sounds of the sea.

On the entry level you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed that can be split into two twins. Between each bedroom is a full bath to share. A roomy den at the end of the hall has a sliding door out to the lower deck and offers ocean views. A space saving Murphy bed is available in this room, and with it folded up, you can enjoy extra space for television or playing cards and board games. Upstairs, appreciate the magnificent views of the waves crashing on the basalt rocks Yachats is known for. Enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen where the view of the ocean can be seen from any of these spaces. Curl up in a comfy chair and watch the storms roll in or enjoy a beautiful sunset. Off the living room is the master bedroom with ensuite bath for added privacy. This home is outfitted with all you could need to enjoy an incredible extended vacation of 30 plus nights.

A short walk to one of the most scenic streets on the central coast will lead you to a set of steps to the sand in Yachats Bay. At high tide, you will walk right past a blow hole and the bay will be filled with water and sea life. At low tide, the bay turns into a wonderful cove-like sand beach. You are also walking distance to the town of Yachats where you will find fabulous dining, fresh seafood and wonderful shops to explore. Just a short drive south you will find Cape Perpetua Scenic Area for hiking, whale watching, and the highest viewpoint accessible by car on the Oregon coast, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and many beach turnouts to be able to explore the coastline.

**Guests are required to make a Security Deposit (included in the total of your reservation) to protect against any damages to and/or loss of items from the Property. The deposit will be held in Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways Client Trust Account and will be returned, minus deductions, not later than 14 calendar days after the termination of the agreement. We will provide a written statement at that time explaining any deductions.

Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed)

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
