Have the best vacation memories in this gorgeous home located in a gated community in the heart of Destin! With plenty of room for the whole family, this home features a peaceful blue interior spacious enough for large groups to spread out and relax. The lower level of the home will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a fully equipped kitchen (complete with full-size appliances and cooking equipment), comfy living area with a surround sound setup, and large dining table await to host both game nights and dinners. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second floor are perfect for watching the sunset in the salty air. Be sure to bring your bathing suit along, because guests can dive into the shared swimming pool and hot tub after a long day exploring the city!

The first main room of the home is straight down the hall from the front door, and it's a beauty! This spacious suite features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. Head up the stairs and you'll find the second bedroom (complete with private balcony entrance) just past the upstairs lounge. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies just next door. The final two bedrooms lie at the very end of this hallway - the third bedroom lies to the left, and functions as a bunk room with a fun fish theme. Next door, the fourth bedroom features a lovely stylized sleigh bed in addition to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan for guest comfort.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the property but was hard to contact host
That place and stay overall we’re enjoyable. The price for your location in Destin is very reasonable and the amenities such as the pool and the beach shuttle were nice. However, I did have trouble with contacting the host for problems such as check in procedure and getting armbands for the pool. We were eventually able to sort it out but make sure to contact Vacasa several days prior to check in to ensure that your place is verified

Customer service could use some improvement
We checked in late in the afternoon on Friday. Visited the pool to be told we had to leave because we did not have arm bands. Contacted customer service multiple times Saturday morning, only to be told the bands would be delivered in 10 minutes. Finally close to noon my husband went to a local office we found and picked up our armbands. The wifi was out, we called customer service again and NEVER got a call back. The kitchen sink and the master shower drips water constantly. We had a grill to use but there was no propane tank, we had to go out and purchase one. With it being a short stay and all of the chaos, I misplaced the receipt. When I finally talked to customer service they took down all of my information and said someone would reach back out to me. I have yet to get that phone call. It’s a nice little community but customer service could definitely use some improvements!!! 😡

I would have given more stars if they had solved the issues we had..
We truly liked the location it was a cute place. But it was not clean from the floors to the couches. Our kids feet turned black after only being in the house for a short time. In my opinion I truly feel that I paid good money for a 7 day visit in a “home” but when we got there and started to put things away and unload we noticed the home had barley any supplies including silverware and coffee cups and the essentials needed in the kitchen. We called and they did respond by the next day and brought us over cups & silverware so we did appreciate that! However then we went to bbq and the gas grill they had outside was broken (gas lines broke all 4 of them) very dangerous. I called in hopes they would replace it as we were there for a week and planned on bbq a few nights of the week and then on my daughters bday. When I called they said they would look into it and keep me updated, they did not. I called the next day and was told again they would look at it and if they felt it was hazardous and needed to be replaced they would decide that (not me) and they again would keep me informed, they did not. So on the 3rd when I called back they said the case was close! ?? So they reopened it and said they would contact the owners and let me know, they did not. Finally on the 5th day when “I called back” they said yes it is completely broke and needs to be replaced!!! FINALLY!!! Again, they would get in contact with the owner and let me know if he would replace it. At that point I did ask if maybe they had another one we could possibly use (every place in the community has one) but they said no. Anyways long story short- it was never taken care of and nobody ever contacted me again! This place has great potential but they would not even give us an extra garbage bag when requested. They only leave 1 dishing pod for the whole week. We were dissatisfied with the fact that it was not equipped with much of anything in the kitchen l. We had a coffee pot but no filters, we basically had to go buy dish soap, salt n pepper garbage bags coffee filters oh and toro it paper!! I do understand normal wear and tear but the beds are pretty used up and need to be replaced as well bc you roll towards the middle bc it sinks in so bad. Usually when we rent homes they are very well taken care of and cared for most ppl understand you are going on vacation to make memories and they want you to enjoy your visit! Our last place had a Keurig and coffee pods, a bottle of wine with a nice little welcome letter and the home came with Everything you would possibly need for your stay! I would say when ur spending over $5000.00 for a week, you would think it wouldn’t be asking too much to get 1 extra garbage bag 🤷‍♀️ It only comes with one! So in the end, yes a bit disappointed. It could have been SO much BETTER with just a little extra “care”

Poor overall service
When we arrive from Houston Texas with my family the place was poorly clean. Living room ceiling fan was very dusty! The place had to refrigerator but none of them where properly working. We reported the issue about the fridge and someone came to checked. He promised they will be have a new replacement by next morning. Well, someone came late the following day but to our surprise he was there to “take measurement for the fridge”. Make the long story short, we left the place and never got a fridge. We had to spent time back and forth to buy ice to keep our stuff to prevent going bad. Considering we were traveling from far this experience was totally a disappointment to our family!
