Have the best vacation memories in this gorgeous home located in a gated community in the heart of Destin! With plenty of room for the whole family, this home features a peaceful blue interior spacious enough for large groups to spread out and relax. The lower level of the home will be just the place to gather and entertain, as a fully equipped kitchen (complete with full-size appliances and cooking equipment), comfy living area with a surround sound setup, and large dining table await to host both game nights and dinners. When everyone wants a bit of fresh air, the spacious balconies on the second floor are perfect for watching the sunset in the salty air. Be sure to bring your bathing suit along, because guests can dive into the shared swimming pool and hot tub after a long day exploring the city!

The first main room of the home is straight down the hall from the front door, and it's a beauty! This spacious suite features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a standalone shower. Head up the stairs and you'll find the second bedroom (complete with private balcony entrance) just past the upstairs lounge. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies just next door. The final two bedrooms lie at the very end of this hallway - the third bedroom lies to the left, and functions as a bunk room with a fun fish theme. Next door, the fourth bedroom features a lovely stylized sleigh bed in addition to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan for guest comfort.

🚗 Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RVs, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jet skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned), nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access. Free high-speed WiFi and cable. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Gated entrance. Beach shuttle available. Snowbird-friendly. Contact for details. Motorcycles, boats, RVs, jet skis, golf carts, etc., are allowed on the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera on the exterior by the front door. It is on and recording 24/7.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
