Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying at this location. We enjoy staying here because it's direct Beach access and the fact that there are so many restaurants and retail shops within a two block area. Will definitely consider booking this again next year if we vacation in Ocean city.

Perfect house for families with kids!

House was beautiful - updated with nice furniture. Best part was the location! Right on the beach with a sand back yard. Super convenient for families with young kids. We had a great time!

Beautiful beach house

We had such a great stay house was beautiful i have no complaints. Loved that it was right on the beach it made going back and forth with my 3 month old a breeze. Pool was also a great feature for when you need a break from the beach. The AC worked amazing it was 90 degrees and very humid and inside felt like the artic it was great.

Relaxing Family vacation

My family stayed at this property for a week. The house was clean and ready for use at check in. The walk to the beach and the pool is short and very convenient with children. Being close to stores and restaurants is definitely a plus. All appliances worked properly and the furniture was in good condition. None of the bathroom doors lock, which is a pain but would not stop me from booking it again. Communication with Vacasa through text was very helpful. Phone calls during vacation are a pain. We will definitely book again.

OC vacation 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalk 7. There are a couple of items that need to be addressed. The 3rd floor overhead fan in the 2 queen bedroom is one speed only. The chain is missing to adjust speeds. The refrigerator ice maker doesn't work, the fridges filter needs changed and the electrical outlet located under the table located between the kitchen and living room, only the bottom half works. Other than these minor inconveniences this place was great. Couldn't ask for a better location in regards to the closeness too the beach and restaurants and stores. Next time we come to OC we will look to book Beachwalk 7 again.

2 weeks at Beachwalk 7

Home is beautifully decorated. Beds very comfortable unfortunately the place was not clean when we arrived. Mold and dirt in master bath. Had not been swept or vacuumed thoroughly. I expect sand this close to the beach but not all over the couch and under the couch and cushions. Also looked like red sauce was splattered on kitchen cabinets. An umbrella on top deck would be nice!

Not the best experience!

The beach house was lovely but a 3rd floor shower leak was not fixed after being reported several times. Water dripped onto the ceiling of a 2nd floor bedroom and even dripped into the first floor ceiling. A plumber came and tried to fix the leak with caulking, but it did not repair the leak. 9 people shared two showers, one of them outdoors, for several days. We could not talk to anyone about the issue...they refused to take calls, or answer texts or voice messages. We felt ignored and spent time dealing with this for most days of our stay. We will never book with Vacasa in the future. A very disappointing and annoying vacation experience!

Great Beach House

This is a wonderful location next to the beach. The unit was quite comfortable, and the grandchildren especially enjoyed the sandy play area shared with the other 3 units. The only feature that did not live up to expectations was the two car parking. We had a midsize SUV and a minivan. Those two would only fit in the space allotted with all mirrors folded in, with inches to spare between vehicles and the vehicles and posts. Despite that misleading description, everything else met or exceeded expectations.
