Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Needs to invest in the room.
The room over all was kind of a let down. One of the twin bed legs was broken, there closet door in the living room was off and just laying in front of the closet. There was no blanket for the couch bed, just sheets. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. But the main issue I had with this unit upon arrival the door wouldn’t lock, we had a meme her from Vacasa come and try and help and fix it, they could not then an awesome member of the Atlantis crew came up and helped us figure out away we could lock our room. This took 2 hours in which someone was stuck in the room because we couldn’t leave our stuff in an unlocked room. The Atlantis itself was great it was more the room itself that needs major updating. I would not stay here again, or recommend this unit.

Family Vacation and Dance Competition
Our family of 4 stayed in Ocean City for a dance competition for our girls. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the competition, the beach, the pool as well as shopping and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

It’s ok but……
I been coming to this building for years. I love the building and its location. This particular unit didn’t live up to the price paid. They almost doubled the price to offer nothing more but a few towels and sheets which I never used, I always bring my own. Their past cleaning services has proven I can’t trust them to provide proper cleaning let alone clean linens. The kitchen is outdated. Holes in the window screens and missing window screens, dirty kitchen cabinets and utensils put away with dried food on them, bedroom dresser handle falling off, main entrance door framing coming apart. The TVs in the bedroom are tiny. My computer screen is bigger than those TVs The one in the second bedroom never worked.I wish I could have seen amenities to justify the large rate hike. It’s an ok unit for a quick vacation. Don’t expect up to date bathrooms or kitchen.

Tons of potential
Does the job, beachfront condo. If owner's put just a little money into it, it would be great. Nice pool, quick elevators, lots of parking. Inside needs some TLC, paint, patch, fix the damn closets, and update/organize the cooking supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Lots of cosmetics like nails sticking out of the wall, loose/hanging outlets, 1/2 the lamps didn't work.
