Fully appointed kitchen features quartz countertops and all the conveniences of home. Dine inside at the table & bar, or enjoy your meal or favorite beverage on our spacious balcony -- ideal for watching the sunrise or sunset over the beautiful gulf waters.

The Summit resort is family-friendly, boasting 2 large swimming pools (1 heated in winter), indoor & outdoor hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, onsite convenience store, fitness center, game room, picnic areas with charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. We're also within walking distance to numerous attractions & local restaurants.

Wonderful condo at the Summit

This condo was even better than advertised! There was an extra half-bath not included in the description that we found quite handy! Everything was spotless and comfortable, the beach view was gorgeous, and all amenities were as described. It was quiet and convenient in every way. Highly recommend this place and this unit!

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The view from this place is awesome with beautiful sunsets & dolphins swimming by. All the amenities at this location are a nice bonus too. We will be back again!

We hope to return

This property is well maintained and has everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we hope to return for many years to come. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking/baking. The Condo was very clean and the Location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive and relied immediately if we contacted her for anything!

My family of 6 stayed a week at this BEAUTIFUL condo. Upon arrival, the room was immaculate. Clean, organized, and ready to go! The view from the balcony is PERFECT. Being that this resort has only two elevators, being on the third floor was a God send. We used the steps vs waiting in line for an elevator. The unit comes with a washer and dryer which is another bonus. The owner was so amazingly kind and extremely quick to respond. Book it now! You won’t regret it!

Nice family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Unit was very clean and had a great assortment of kitchen gear. Master bed was very comfortable. Security and staff at complex were top notch. Elevator stayed backed up but unit was easily accessible from stairs. Definitely would stay here again!

Summer trip

The condo was exactly as pictured. The Summit has changed some rules, like the pool closing at 8, and the elevators are usually a long wait, but the condo itself was great.

Great experience!

Everything was GREAT! Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Convenient to everything! Having the beach chairs and umbrella service included made it much easier to take our babies down to the beach! Pool was clean, felt safe with the security guards there. All around our family had a wonderful time! Will be back!

LOVE!

We enjoyed this rental so much. Super clean, loved our first time at Sunbird. Nothing but positive things to say about the unit itself. The only downfall was the elevators kinda took awhile but nothing at fault at the owner, can’t wait to stay again! Really enjoyed the low level floor so that we could quickly take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator.

Fall Break at The Summit

Our condo was great! Updated and looked exactly like the online pics! The elevators at the resort broke down very often so super long wait time to go up and down. I really wish the pool stayed open longer than 6:30-7:00pm. Hot tub broke down half of the stay. The outdoor hot tub had lots of flies that would bite you! The heated pool was nice but it wasn’t heated till the last 2 days of our stay.

Vaca with Family!

My family had an overall great stay! The room was nicely decorated and clean. The only problem I ran into was with the washer. It wouldn’t drain (had to change the settings a couple times for it to work), but I sent the owner a text and she responded within minutes. Also, security at the resort were very strict about kids playing ball in the pool (but were allowing teens to horseplay, ex. backflips, etc). Great location with it being on the third floor .. we were able to take the stairs instead of waiting on an elevator! Would book again!

Great condo!

Wonderful location and property. We were able to control the HVAC which was wonderful. Comfy king sized bed. Kitchen was a little small but space has a great view.
