This private 1/2 duplex is located on a beautiful hillside in West Vail just above Donovan Park.
We have 3 brand new furnaces with air purification systems along with Central air conditioning & humidifiers in each room. The cathedral ceiling in the great room is the perfect back drop for the stunning views that surround you and an incredible place to cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. The large dining room table is a perfect spot for gathering and the kitchen is abundantly stocked, includes new appliances and has a breakfast table for 4 additional seating. There is a mudroom that will fit all of your ski gear along with an attached garage and ample parking.
If you want a more cozy space to read or watch TV, enjoy the den. We have a sonos system as an added bonus. The upstairs boasts a large master bedroom with king size bed, a gas fireplace, balcony, 2 walk in closets along with the en-suite 5 piece master bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub.
