Spend quality time together on the scenic deck, furnished with a bench swing, comfortable lounge seating, and ceiling fans for added comfort. Interior highlights of this family-friendly vacation rental include an open layout with high ceilings, a well-appointed kitchen, and a jetted tub in the primary suite.

You and your guests will also have access to the shared pool (heated seasonally from December - February) and hot tub. The on-site tennis courts, basketball court, and golf course are available for a nominal fee.

Enjoy a superb location near the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, where you will find brands like Vera Bradley, Disney, and Nike as well as plentiful dining options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Room!

Easily sleeps 6 - we have 3 teenage girls and 1 boy. Worked great for us. Directly across from a pool, just down from tennis courts, and only a 3 minute golf ride from the beach!

All about that couch!

Great couch with ottomans for all! Good unit and the included golf cart was an easy sell! Very quiet at the back of the property right next to a pool and grills. Loved the convenience of the stackable washer/dryer in the unit as well. Master bed/bath gets a little hot with afternoon heat so we ran the fans we found in the closet.

This unit was infested with roaches

After arriving Thursday afternoon, once the sun went down, an absolute infestation of roaches, babies to big ones, came out in the kitchen. Vacasa was contacted immediately that night with a request to have pest control out the next day, Friday. I was contacted by Vacasa around 9 am on Friday and asked “what kind of bugs”. If I’m contacting you about pest control treatment for a bug infestation, I don’t think your first question should be “what kinds of bugs.” I heard NOTHING more until a Vacasa employee shows up with a spray bottle in his hand at around 3 pm. And I’m told the manager of the unit will be in contact with me about compensation as a result of this issue. I’m still waiting on that call. This is unacceptable and VRBO should share in the blame for having a unit this gross in its inventory. Be careful booking at SeaScape at Miramar Beach/Destin.

Nice stay at Miramar Beach Golf Villa

Location was very convenient. There are activities and food within walking or short cart ride distance. This villa was in a nice peaceful location. We were in a pinch due to our original reservation with a different property management company. So glad we found Vacasa! We will definitely be using for all our bookings in the future.

spring break vacation

There was no hot tub as advertised. The porch furniture was stained and so dirty, I put a towel down to sit each time. There was dog poop on the rug on the back porch, as soon as we get there after a 13 hour drive that is what I see. The dryer would not dry our clothes, it took several times of restarting the dryer to get our clothes dry. The inside of the condo was clean. I would like to have had cleaning supplies in the condo to clean with during our stay, there was no toilet bowl cleaner, no glass cleaner. The kitchen table was glass, the coffee table and end tables had glass tops, it would have made our stay feel better if we had access to cleaning supplies.. Over all we had a great time, it was a beautiful location, we met a lot of nice neighbors that live there. The staff that we met were very friendly.

Family vacation

We had a great time! The condo was clean and Vacasa was very responsive! They called just to check in. The golf cart made trips to the beach quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We loved that we got to bring our 2 fur-babies. The only thing I would say needs done is the paint is peeling off the bedroom door but other than that the place was perfect. We look forward to coming back!

GREAT LOCATION, CLEANESS AND AMENITIES

The place was easy to find and very clean. Well appointed with a washer dryer and kitchen appliances. Pretty well maintained. A pool is right across the street, and a great greenscape area to the back where we walked our dogs. Very close to the beach.

Really nice place

Had a great stay in the Golf Villas at Seascape. We needed a 2 bedroom, pet friendly unit and this one perfectly fit the bill. The unit was very clean with just about everything one needed for a multi-week stay. The community was very quiet at night, the other residents very friendly and close to everything. Well done.

Quiet comfortable villa

This unit was perfect for our Christmas get away for my husband, me and our two adult sons. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable. I did not realize this was an upstairs unit when I rented it, but the outdoor stairs were not steep and easy to climb.
