328 Moon Tide Lane is a secluded, private retreat on 2.36-acres of Kiawah riverfront. This luxury 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts 4,636 sq of designer interiors with a private elevator, wonderful outdoor spaces with a private pool with large spa, expansive marsh views from nearly every room and breathtaking sunset views!
Featuring an open concept design, the gourmet kitchen allows direct access to the living room and dining room and includes a food processor, warming drawer and Keurig coffee maker, .Large windows highlight the views, and the deck, pool and screened porch are accessed from these living areas. A flex room (office, TV/game room) with a couch, a sleeper sofa, a large pantry, laundry and powder rooms are also steps away on this level. A spacious deck features a screened porch complete with a half bath; a large spa overflows into a new salt chlorinated pool (spa can be heated for a fee), which overlooks the natural beauty of Kiawah’s marshland and the distant Kiawah River.
328 Moon Tide Lane comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, all of which have a TV. The first floor master Suite is furnished with a king bed with dual controlled 'number' mattresses, a walk in closet, and features a soaking tub and separate roll-in shower in the attached bath. Upstairs on the 2nd level, two bedrooms each include a king bed, and en suite bathroom with stand-up shower. The fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds and shares a full bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed..
Guests in this home are afforded access to 2 bays in the garage (includes a Tesla charger, available for guest use, free of charge), and an elevator that offers transport from the ground/garage level up to both levels of the home. A whole-house generator is ready in the rare case of a power interruption. A Sonos sound system is available for the guests who download the Sonos app to their smartphone. It will be controllable through the app once your device is on the house Wi-Fi network.
