Gorgeous mountain home with lovely open rooms and expansive views of East Vail waterfalls. Large windows to relax and enjoy the mountain life. Spacious rooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Sit and make memories with your family or go adventuring in the great outdoors. Tons of outdoor activities near by including Vail Golf Course, cross-country skiing, down-hill skiing, snowboarding, sledding hills and hiking all around you. Short drive to town or Vail bus stop. Relax in front of our fireplace and enjoy our widescreen television. Enjoy the jetted tub in the master bathroom after a day on the slopes. Apre on the deck with our grill and take in the views.

We welcome you into our extensively remodeled 3-bedroom/2.5-bath half-duplex with a 1-car garage. Expansive surrounding mountain views of Gore Range, waterfalls and Vail Mountain. South-facing sunny exposure. With convenient access to Vail Village via the bike path, you are also just a short stroll away from Booth Creek Park, Town of Vail free bus stop, and only five minutes from world-class skiing and Vail Village. With National Forest just out your front door there are endless hiking trails.

Amazing Week

This property is everything we could have asked for in a Spring Break ski trip. It was clean, beds were comfortable, owner had everything we could have needed for cooking (even though we didn't need to use it all). Washer/Dryer/Garage. Just large enough for our family, but not so large that we felt like we wasted money on space that wasn't used. Owner was accomodating and checked in on us. We got the feel that it was more than just an investment for the owner and they truly cared about our experience. Would highly recommend.

Like Nothing On Earth

Absolutely Magical Stay! The house is large enough for 5-6 adults to enjoy and the kitchen is well stocked. We even used the crock pot to make pot roast! The heating system worked perfectly and the water pressure was strong. The location is close to Golden Peak and the grocery store. We will definitely stay in Sunny's home again and again!

Family Trip

The decadent mountain chalet was just as advertised. We spent time here with two children and four adults and were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space and enjoy relaxing between activities. The kids played games and the adults sat by the fire. Sunny and family were so helpful and checked on us the whole time we were at the property. Highly recommend this property.

Family ski trip

The house was very nice, comfortable and everything we needed. We would have preferred to be walkable to the ski lifts, but found public parking for the day worked out fine.

Spacious mountain getaway

They place was very spacious for 5 people and we loved the upstairs bathroom with all the mirrors to get ready at night. The place was a little further than expected from the shuttle but made for a nice walk each way. Only thing I would say was the unit was a little chilly so bring slippers and didn’t have the hottest water for multiple of us to shower each day. The hosts were very kind surprising us with a little treat for our special getaway and we’re great to deal with!! 4.5 stars!

Our family is excited to share our beautiful home with you, Sublime Mountain Property LLC. We want you to enjoy staying in our treasured home while you visit beautiful Vail Colorado. We work in the non-profit sector and we are thankful to be raising our boys in the fresh mountain air. We like to hike, ski/snowboard, cross country ski, bike to town and mountain bike, climb 14ers and visit the ocean annually.

We have rented a lot of homes the past few years for Covid safety and we are excited to return the favor and share our home with you. If you need anything please reach out to us and let us know how we can enhance your stay.

We are biased... we love our home. It feels amazing to walk in the door after a long day to cook in the kitchen, play games at the table, chill in front of the flat-screen TV and enjoy the pellet fireplace. We also have the most amazing master bathroom with a jetted tub and a fancy shower. During the day our home is flooded with natural light and the space feels open and airy. Each bedroom is large and the closets will be stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. We have tons of books for you to read while you are here and lots of family games to play. We also have a wine fridge so you can keep your vino chilled to perfection.

We live in East Vail on a quiet dead-end road. Our location is idyllic with lots of trees and open-space. We love spending time on our deck grilling food and enjoy the scenery. If you like to cook we have a full kitchen stocked with spices, hot cocoa and utensils. We also have a decadent wine fridge!
