Excellent location. Great host that met our needs. Tubing at TVC recommended.....even for two ladies over 65! Had a great time. Clean and comfy cabin.

The best part about the stay was the location. It's a short 15 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge and is literally right across the road from the Toccoa river. We ate at the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant which is about 2 minutes down the road. There are tubing, rafting and kayaking locations right down the road as well. The cabin itself was good. It's a little outdated but is worth the stay.

Wonderful

The cabin was adorable! Very homey, and very clean- which is very important to me. Me and my husband enjoyed a quick get away, and would definitely stay here again!! Loved sitting on the porch listening to the river.

The cabin is on a paved 2 lane road, 7 miles from stores. It is very private You can see the river thru the forest across the street and you can hear the river while enjoying the nature while sitting on the porch swing.We had a little problem checking in and Timothy, our host , immediately responded and took care of the situation immediately. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed, the cabin has 3 roku tvsThe living room has a gas fireplace which warmed up the cabin on the cool mornings.The kitchen has good appliances although I didn't cook I was on vacation from work!We spent 14 days at the cabin , it is very peaceful and Timothy is a great hostMy husband and I recommend this aska road cabin. It

Weekend retreat

Great cabin. Centrally located to lots of hiking trails and falls! Close to downtown Blue ridge! Easy access with a paved driveway. The Host Timothy was very quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was well equipped if you like to prepare your own meals. Overall a lovely place to stay for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin right across from the beautiful river. It’s convenient to the orchard, grocery store, and restaurants and shops in the area. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

2024 Fall Getaway

We came to see the leaves and loved shopping in Blue Ridge, eating at Trailer Drive In, the Expedition! Big Foot museum, and campfires in the evening. Timothy was quick to respond with questions and recommendations for the area. The house was comfortable, and we slept in every day!! Thank you Timothy for your hospitality.

Home Away From Home

This was just what I was hoping for when I decided to book a cabin this summer. A room for me, a room for the kids and close to all the adventures we planned for this trip! The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed, and the front porch swing was the perfect perch for me with my morning coffee. The internet is exceptional, especially for a vacation rental. On site laundry facilities are a great convenience. I will definitely consider a return visit.

Amazing, Wonderful, Fabulous, Unbelievable and Peaceful. 💯

My trip to Blue Ridge Mountain, Georgia was a first because I had never stayed in a Cabin before. Aska Cabin Rapids, is by far an experience that everyone should encounter. The reservation was scheduled for the 10th-17th and all I wanted was to extend the reservation. Prayerfully, I will return soon and continue my relaxation.

Decompress time

Quaint cabin overlooking the river. The cabin was very clean and furniture and beds very comfortable. Tim was so easy to communicate with and I felt confident that if we had any issues he would have resolved them immediately. Great news! No issues whatsoever. Location is very close to Main St. Where there is a variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. Great choice for a little getaway.

We, myself and great niece, had a great trip, the cabin was just as described and very convenient to everything. Hiking, shopping, train excursion and horseback riding!! All surpurb. We could have stayed many days and would have had plenty to do. People of all ages will enjoy this area. Tim, our host, was in contact to meet any concerns we had and to advise us of any unforseen events, like a short power outage. Which we weren't there when it was out! Again, great trip. GC

Wonderful time in Blue Ridge

We enjoyed the Aska River Cabin very much. It was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything. The gas stove in the LR was used alot due to the Arctic cold front that came in with 20 degree temps during our visit. The cabin is right on Aska Rd so visitors should be aware there is a lot of street noise from traffic going by. We visited downtown Blue Ridge for shopping and had lunch at Southern Charm restaurant and had dessert at the Food Network’s DIY award winning Sweet Shop. The best pumpkin cupcakes in the world. Toccoa Riverside Restaurant was fabulous for lunch the next day. Their fish dip and crab cakes were 5star. A Beautiful setting right on the Toccoa River. Visited the Mercier Apple orchards for shopping and apple tasting. We went to Bear Claw Winery. Beautiful property and wonderful wine. So peaceful strolling the property and enjoying the scenery and live music. The Fall color was beautiful too during our drives. We will definitely return to the Blue Ridge area. A truly beautiful place.

This was an awesome place for a mountain getaway. The cabin was very clean and everything worked properly. The location was great - you really feel out in the woods, but you are still close to a really cool little store and a fantastic restaurant. We came up for motorcycling and the area does not disappoint. There is some of the best riding in the country right from this area. The road outside the cabin is a great road but it is very quiet in the cabin. Great for sleeping! There are tons of things to do in the area no matter what you like to do. All in all the cabin was fantastic and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

I love places that don't have too many people, so I can take in all the beauty of the outdoors. As a physical therapist, you can guess that I care a lot about health, so I try to eat well and get plenty of exercises from hiking, swimming, and regular weight training. Overall, I'm blessed to have a balance between work and play.
