New two bedroom home only steps from Tropic of Cancer Beach in Little Exuma

Newly Constructed two bedroom cottage located only steps (3-5 minute walk) from the Tropic of Cancer Beach located on Little Exuma. Main house is air conditioned and has an open floor plan with a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, dish washer, and large windows and exterior French doors. The couch pulls out to a Queen size bed for an additional bed if needed. There is a nice and spacious bathroom with an outdoor shower. The bedroom incudes a queen size bed, French doors that lead out to the deck and a ceiling fan. The deck is nicely furnished with outdoor furniture, picnic table, lounges, and a grill.

The cottage is located 45 minutes from the Great Exuma airport and 25 minutes from Georgetown.

The guest cottage is a single bedroom with its own bathroom and indoor shower. The guest cottage is air conditioned and has one queen size bed.

A nice vacation cottage

We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was easy to stay in touch with Josh. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has plenty of room for 4 guests. Just a short walk to the beach. We'd be happy to stay there again if we visit again!

Home sweet home

Josh was beyond helpful in ensuring our stay was a comfortable one. The home was very clean and had everything one would need. From cookware, to beach towels and blankets, spices, or water, we needed nothing. The location is a quick drive to tropic of cancer beach. One could walk, but with kids, we chose to drive over. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 1 teenager. Josh was easily reached and very helpful. We look forward to returning again!

Perfect spot on Little Exuma

We had a great stay at Josh’s place. Highly attentive and caring owner, who went out of his way to help and to make our trip and check in process as easy as possible.Short walk to the beach, excellent location in a nice neighborhood near Trooic of Cancer beach. Great dining options and activities all within a 10-15 min drive.Be aware of the no see ums on Exuma, as it will impact how much time you can comfortably hang out outdoors…outside of that, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this house. Josh, thank you again for making this a fantastic stay!

Super clean, brand new, great location!

We had everything we needed and great hosts! The unit is super close to the beach and the beach is gorgeous! White sand and turquoise water cannot be beat!

A short walk from Tropic of Cancer beach, this rental offers a quiet stay in a new, clean home. It’s well-equipped for cooking and includes a driveway for easy parking. Ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. The owner was extremely quick to respond to questions. We took our family of 5 and it worked perfectly. We loved it!

Very comfortable little house by the sea

We loved this place! It is a well equipped little house at a short distance from the sea. Although walking to the beach is a challenge due to the conditions of the beach access, you can solve this with a short drive to a nearby access point. The highlight of this staying was all the support and information provided by the owners: incredible customer service!

Extremely satisfied

A very well distributed and cozy concept, the property was well defined and very clean and organized. The communication with Josh was excellent very informative with answers to every question, he checked up on us multiple times just to know if we needed anything. Th Beach is a short walk away from the property and we visited multiple times a day having gone back to the house for BBQ and once done back to the beach it was. We are at Exuma every 5 weeks or so and have stayed at multiple locations and would highly recommend this one, for the price you can’t beat it.

Beautiful gem steps away from the beach

My family and I visited exuma for the first time this weekend. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The location was perfect, just a short two minute walk to the beach. The host was helpful and accommodating to our checkin time. He gave us all of the Wi-Fi info and recommendations for food, shopping, and entertainment several days before we arrived at the island. Any time I messaged the host, they responded right away. The beds were comfortable and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who was interested in visiting the island. 10/10 for sure.

Josh; Great VRBO host!

Sadly, we didn’t get to go on our Exuma vacation because of the unprecedented flooding on the island. I was getting my car cleaned to leave the next day for Dallas to catch our flight when Josh texted me asking if I knew Exuma was flooded. (Like water up to the roofs of cars) Ummm no! Fast forward—Josh made canceling our trip the easiest part of this whole ordeal. (Bahama Air not so much) He refunded us every penny when he didn’t have too. We will hopefully try again someday. So…if his property is as nice as he is you should book ASAP!

Ante todo destacar la comunicación con Josh que ha sido excelente desde el momento de hacer la reserva. Ha estado pendiente de todos los detalles: antes, durante e incluso después de que dejáramos la casa. La casa está compuesta de dos edificaciones separadas comunicadas por el deck de madera. Cada una tiene una cama doble y baño privado. En la mas grande es donde está el salón/cocina y el baño tiene ducha al aire libre. En la otra es donde está la lavadora y secadora. La casa está muy bien equipada. No nos ha faltado nada (menaje de cocina, sabanas, toallas, toallas de playa, etc). Además pudimos disfrutar de dos tablas de stand paddle que nos ha facilitado y con las que hemos ido hasta la isla que está frente a la playa. La playa es espectacular! Muy tranquila y a pocos metros de la casa. El único inconveniente, pero es de la isla y no de la casa, son unos pequeñísimos insectos que pican. Son como mosquitos diminutos. Hay que usar repelente o aceite de bebé que es lo que recomiendan los locales. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento. Y una vez mas quiero agradecer a Josh su hospitalidad. Sin duda es un anfitrión de 10 puntos!

A estadia neste alojamento foi um boa surpresa. Fica localizado numa zona mais remota da ilha mas tem em frente uma das praias mais bonitas da ilha e quase deserta . A casa esta como nova e muito bem equipada. O proprietário foi espetacular, sempre disponível para ajudar com qualquer questão. O único defeito são as estradas de acesso desde a estrada principal.

Excelente! Mejor imposible

Exuma fue un descubrimiento, pero esta casa en Little Exuma fue un descubrimiento mayor. La casa está ubicada en la pequeña isla, a 3 minutos de la carretera principal. Se llega aproximadamente en 35 min desde el aeropuerto y si quieres estar un poco alejado del centro de Georgetown esta casa es ideal. La casa esta como nueva y tiene todos los accesorios y detalles para sentirte en casa. Ideal para una pareja, familia, dos parejas o amigos. La casa principal tiene de todo, tanto en el cuarto, sala como en la cocina, el baño es un plus al estar afuera. La segunda casa también es ideal con el baño adentro y la lavadora, ideal si sigues de viaje y necesitas todo limpio nuevamente. La comunicación con los dueños fue 100%. Siempre atento, antes, durante y después. Lo recomiendo, y volveré.

Great Value - New and Clean!

First, let me say the host’s communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch! Very attentive, helpful, and quickly available! House was darling and the second separate bedroom made a great place for my in-laws to stay. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal (dishes, utensils, etc.). An abundance of towels and extra linens was a nice touch. Great value for the price point and you can’t beat the 3 minute walk to the Tropic of Cancer beach, highly recommend!

Great Little Villa

First I must say that we've been renting for many years for extended vacations and Josh was if not the best host yet ranks at the top of the list. We never once had any lack of communication as he was always there to answer any questions or concerns from the day we reserved our stay. The house was very clean and quite comfortable along with it's detached second bedroom. Which, for us worked perfect as we had our Daughter and Granddaughter along so we could rise early and not worry about waking them. It was about a 3ish minute walk down to the beach which wasn't bad at all an once on Tropic of Cancer Beach if never been will be quite a treat since the beach is long and very quiet with plenty of room for walking. We really enjoyed staying at Josh's house and don't have a single complaint about the Property.

Excellent Stay

This property was perfect for the four of us! It’s consiento y located close to Tropic of Cancer beach. The bedroom in the main house did get hot without the door open to the main room to let in cold air. Would definitely stay here again! Josh and his team were always quick to respond and helped us with anything we needed!!
