Heated Pool and Spa Home

Welcome to your slice of Paradise!

A beautiful kitchen, dining and family room await you with glass sliding doors that open to the covered lanai and screened in spa & pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for your grocery items. The square table in the dining area seats six plus there is seating for four at the breakfast table and two at the breakfast bar. The family room is comfortably appointed with two over stuffed couches, 65" flat screen smart TV with free Hulu with live tv and plenty of seating. WiFI is provided throughout the home. Each of the two bedrooms have their own televisions.

The home features upgraded memory foam king mattresses in the master bedroom and two upgraded memory foam queen mattresses in the guest bedroom. In addition the dining room has a trundle bed that features two twin beds. We also have a crib and highchair in the closed den off the master for your little ones.

The beautiful pool and spa is comfortably heated at no additional charge. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill.

A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato Entertainment District, Pavillion Center, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby.

Perfect little getaway

This place was perfect for two couples and is pet friendly! Very clean and welcoming! Close to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very Nice In North Naples !

House is in great location with easy access to 75 and 41 plus in a sweet residential neighborhood which was walk friendly. The beds Are super comfortable and layout for our family of 5 was terrific. The house is well stocked for an extended stay. The pool was a bonus as was having a separate space for our granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay!

The neighborhood and property are conveniently located to shops, restaurants, beaches and highway. Ashley’s home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had an amazing time and felt like home away from home! We would definitely stay here again.

Our Host Ashley was amazing. The house was just as advertised. It was very comfortable, clean, beautiful and close to beaches. We will definitely stay here again. Everything about the property was wonderful!

One month in Naples

My husband and I, and our 2 dogs, rented this lovely home for a month to explore Naples. The home is very well maintained and the pool is a definite plus! The location is close to shopping and the beach....easy to get in and out of the addition. We would recommend this home for your vacation! Great Location

We stayed while moving our daughter into Ave Maria University. The house was a quiet respite after busy days on campus. The location was not far from campus, and close to Naples beach access/shopping/dining. The pool was wonderful. We liked the openness of the space. Would definitely stay stay again.

Wonderful cost house with a spa!

We had a wonderful time at Ashley's house. The spa and pool were the highlight of our stay. With a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds the whole family enjoyed the stay, and we would love to come back another time. Ashley was very responsive to all our questions.

Wonderful house!

This house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Spent lots of time in the pool and the big fenced backyard was great for my dog to run in. It is exactly as the pictures show. And was very clean with very nice touches like a welcome sign and bottle of wine waiting for us. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great week.

Wonderful vacation home

For our first time in Naples this was the perfect home! It provided almost everything we needed. The host, Ashley, is very friendly and left us a bottle of wine which my husband and I enjoyed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The beds were clean and comfy. Everything was clean when we arrived. I washed and cleaned as much as I could before leaving. I love the privacy of the yard and home. We enjoyed making a nice Christmas dinner. Thank you for hosting my family! I hope to come again because Naples is BEAUTIFUL!

Beautiful place / terrible service

When arrival the code that was provided doesn’t work , the host never answered a phone , called Vrbo and they finally contact her and she unlocked it , a few minutes later, i was in the property, the experience was very sad, after driving under the rain , getting there and get that inconvenience was a very sad beginning, i send a message to her , never answered, , the location is good, the house is nice , the spa doesn’t work properly but in general the biggest problem was the lack of communication., she just doesn’t care

Review of our stay.

The property and neighborhood were great. Very quite location. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did not know enough about how to maintain the hot tub and when the hot tub drained the second night, it never filled back up and we were unable to use it. It filled up the very last morning we were at the house. A little more information about how it works would have helped us understand what was happening. There is no way to communicate with the owner except through email and I did not have my computer with me so no way to ask questions.

Exactly what we were looking for

We absolutely loved this property. The room with the two beds was perfect for our family with little kiddos. We loved the pool and lanai. Our only issue during the whole stay was after someone came to clean the pool the hot tub wouldn’t hold water, but Ashley did eventually send someone who fixed it. During this issue we were still able to use the pool, just not the hot tub. She was very quick to respond except one day when she had a family emergency, but we understand life happens. We are already planning our next trip!

Great location!

Overall, we had a great experience! Pretty much everything you could want and need at this house! The beach is VERY close. The beach chairs and umbrella could’ve been better, but we purchased one of each and left them there. :) It was nice to have the garage door opener and laundry facilities on site. The owner even had laundry detergent! There are two large coolers and the refillable ice trays were nice to have as well! The beds were VERY comfortable and all of the bed and bath linens were wonderful! The pool was a bit of a nuisance, but was easy to fix and the owner was very responsive to this. The only thing I’d change is the A/C. I wanted it lower than 73 at night, but not a deal breaker. We’d love to stay again, especially knowing what to expect, the great location, and proximity to the beach. If you stay here, we’d also like to recommend Mr. Big Fish! SO great!!! Thanks again, Amy!

The stay of me and my family was generally very pleasant, very comfortable and we had very good times at the property.The only problem was the air conditioning that didn't work well the first day.the a/c was set to 75 and up.I think it is a very high temperature for the summer where very high temperatures are recorded.temperatures of 72 degrees are very good temperatures for both summer and winter and more when you have a Smart thermostat.despite this single detail I plan to return in the future.

Wonderful stay in Naples!

The house is beautiful, clean and organized. Super nice neighborhood, safe and comfortable for a family with a young child. The pool is big and the hot tub super fun. We had an issue with the garage door and Ashley came by personally to fix it! (It was us who did not know how to operate! Lol) The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessary things when we arrived. The garage is extra clean and organized. The owner has bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for guests. Also many inflatable ones for the pool. We had a great time and will definitely recommend!

Cold Pool- Terrible Host

The host (Ashley) is terrible, she writes the listing on VRBO stating comfortably heated pool and hot tub, shame on me for trusting that meant my comfort, after arrival Ashley stated pool is not to be heated over 85 degrees (she says it will break her pool if any higher) this is despite her professional pool guy that states up to 90 is fine. We like the pool 88 Ashley wouldn't budge and stated I'm "crazy" for wanting pool that hot and "the pool is not a hot tub". We always rent a home with heated pool and use it everyday at a nice 88 temp, no issues at any of our other/many stays. Also- the temperature sensors don't work correctly so when pool heat shuts off because it believes temp is 85 it's not more like 83, hot tub max set temp is 103 which is perfect but that sensor doesn't work either as it hits 105 1/2. Pool takes about 7 hours to heat to near 85 and ashley won't allow heater to start till 8:15 am. Pool has massive leak must refill at least 1 1/2 hrs per day, this flushes out the Chlorine causing high Algae content (not safe). You can't have a hot spa when pool is heating because it floods the hot tub with cold pool water when pool heating. Hundreds of spider webs in Lanai. Poolside recliners have no cushions and are hard. VRBO would not help us stating pool temp is minor. Having a comfortably heated pool was the sole reason we rented here but couldn't enjoy it.
