Lakefront Retreat - family friendly with easy access to I-85!

Welcome to "The Heart Well Home" on beautiful Lake Hartwell...it'll do wonders for your soul. Located on the Seneca River portion of the lake right off I-85 and Hwy 24 in Townville, SC (Exit 11). The picturesque views inside this 4 bed/4 bath house only pale in comparison to the direct waterfront access this property has to offer! Vast spaces for family and friends to make lasting memories while they relax, play hard and fellowship together!

This home boasts a two-level living space with almost identical floor plans which is ideal for a multi-family stay. With a full kitchen, living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each level you'll have plenty of room to call your own. There are a total of nine (9) beds in this home which will accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. Parking is available on both levels with enough room for a truck and trailer if needed.

The lake is a short walk down the path to a private dock. If you bring your own boat, or rent one, there is a slip available for docking. We are located on deep water which averages approximately 25 ft. off the dock (this varies depending on water levels which fluctuate). This means the walkway has a fairly steep incline, so that's something to be aware of.

We provide the basic necessities (linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, toiletries, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware, flatware, etc.). You'll find anything else you may need within a 15 minute drive to Clemson Blvd (off Exit 19). This is where the majority of your local dining and shopping can be found.

We're excited to welcome you to your new favorite vacation spot! Don't forget the sunscreen...

Really nice place

The house was very clean with nice furniture, linens and beds though the king downstairs sags a little in the middle. There were 11 of us there from 12 to 86. We fixed all our meals there and had every thing we needed in the kitchen. The outside porches were very nice with comfortable furniture. The dock was in a nice cove that even on the 4th did not get too rough. The water was very clear. The dock has lounge chairs. The only drawl back has the hill down to the dock and up to the garbage cans. They were very steep. Even the 50 year olds were taking a break half way up from the dock. It was no problem for the kids but adults have to be fit enough to do it. It is a fantastic house if you can do the hill.

Great football weekend

This was a great house with plenty of space for three couples and several college students. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The drive to Clemson was easy. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would absolutely recommend! We hope to be back.

Outstanding Visit to Lake Hartwell

We spent a fantastic long weekend at Jennifer's home on Lake Hartwell. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The home shows in person better than the pictures in the listing, and everything you need to support cooking or lake activities is available. The home's location on the lake is outstanding to get out on the water and head north to the golf club at Clemson or south to the boat house in Hartwell, GA. We will be back!

Lovely Property!!!

This house is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. With two living areas down and up, our teenagers had an area to hangout in and have their own snacks and drinks in the downstairs kitchen. The kitchen upstairs has everything you need and more. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had the space they needed. The beds are comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. This house is extremely clean and owners are very responsive. We enjoyed the dock, sunbathing, swimming, paddle boarding and boating. The dock is very nice, we felt comfortable leaving our boat in the water overnight and the driveway had plenty of room for the trailer. There is a cement walkway with an incline to the lake, it didn't bother our group at all, it was a good workout. :) The owners have done an excellent job making sure you feel at home at this house. The extras they include are wonderful, the little things, bath products (Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash), beach towels, salt and pepper, paper products, the things you need but don't think about until you arrive! If you are considering booking this house go for it, you will be happy!

Awesome family time

This house is beautifully organized, clean and feels very intentional. There are multiple places to gather, play games, drink coffee and hang out. It was a wonderful time of fun and reconnection with our extended family.

Great lake house!

We had so much fun at the lake! The house is very big and spacious with a generous patio. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. We spent most of the time at the pontoon swimming, fishing and kayaking. The host was very communicative and helpful. A great experience ! We will be back next summer!

Wonderful Lakefront Home!

This home is exactly as described on the listing. It is beautifully furnished and there is so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well supplied. We cooked/bbq’d every day and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The owners thought of everything! If you are looking for a home on a great location on the lake, this is it!
