You can even practice your short golf game on the putting green. Finally, the massive waterfront grounds themselves provide a welcome retreat to you and your family to disconnect and enjoy nature.

When you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the stunning curved staircase in the two-story foyer. The spacious family room, large dining room and office are all located off the main foyer. The gourmet kitchen features two separate cooking stations with high-end stainless steel appliances; a Thermador 6-burner propane range with double oven, a Wolf electric cooktop, a full size Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, built-in warming drawers, a built-in Miele coffee/espresso machine, 3 dishwashers and built-in refrigerator drawers! Off the kitchen is a wine room/wet bar with beautiful views of the water.

Enjoy a vacation movie night like no other on the 7 recliners in the theater room. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
