The spacious kitchen features new granite counters, stainless appliances, as well as every accessory needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Four bar seats make eating together easy, and the open living space means you won't miss a minute of the conversation no matter where people choose to sit.

In summer, grab a cup of coffee or prop your feet up with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private deck with partial views of the mountain. The common fire pit is just steps away and is a great place to retreat to in the evenings.

There is only 1 parking space for this unit. The building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. There is an elevator at ground level that you may use or you will descend two flights of stairs to access the condo.
