Centrally located and close to 95, 287, and the Hutch & Merit parkway for easy access to the city, and everything else in the tri-state area.



NJ is 20 mins over the Tappan Z bridge directly west. Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island are over the Whitestone bridge ~ 20 mins south (non commute hours)



For airports: White Plains (HPN) is less than 10 mins away. LaGuardia (LGA) 30-40 mins with light traffic. JFK adds about 10-20 mins past LGA.

We have strict rules for all listings of absolutely no parties or events, and to be respectful of noise with quiet(er) hours after 10pm for sleeping kids or those that have to get up early for work.
