It has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
Accommodating up to 4 people, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

## Logement
Located on the 4th floor with/ without elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- another bedroom with a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed for you to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking/ Garage (be careful in case of a longue car it might note fit (ex serie 7 ore than 5meters) in case of doubt please let me know), Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, Balcony, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its practicality: private outdoor parking with reserved space 100 meters from the accommodation. Parking is free in the residence and also free outside on the street.
It is also very popular for its location.

Nearby: supermarket, PMU bar, pharmacy, doctors 10 minutes walk, shops (pizzeria, beauty salon) in the residence.

## Emplacement
Between olive trees and vineyards lie the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice. Starting from the seaside and climbing up the hill by the avenue de Fabron, they are mainly composed of exceptional villas and modern residences. You will also find all types of local shops accessible both by foot and by car from the top of the hills. Ideally located, you will be only 15 minutes away from Nice city center, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!

From the Nice-Ville train station: 20 minutes by car.
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: 11 minutes by car.
