Great Stay!

This place was amazing! The pool was so nice, & we made great use of the barbecue provided making steaks for dinner one night. The inside is clean and the hosting is great with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, seasonings, and more! Definitely recommend, we could’ve stayed here forever!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience!

I rented this property for a family getaway and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! From the proximity to the beach to the backyard pool and lounging area, we had a blast! The owners were very responsive and did so promptly, although we only had a few questions, no issues at all with the property. We’re coming back next year and this will be out home away from home!

Perfect home away from home.

The home was perfect. Everything was just as pictured. They had everything we needed to make our stay great. Host were amazing at communicating and letting us know everything we needed to be prepared for our trip. The whole house is just amazing. The pool is amazing for a night dip after being in the heat all day. It is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and close to everything. We will definetly be back!

Excellent Property

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of 9! There were five kids and four adults and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a short walk across the road. Everything was clean, organized, and very prepared when we arrived! The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to anyone looking to visit SPI! đŸïž

Absolutely beautiful home and felt welcome as soon as I walked in, and had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay. I would give the home 10 stars. Our stay here was wonderful. The pool was relaxing and clean. The house was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Hardest part of the trip was having to leave. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful time

The home was exactly how it looked online. Very close to beach. It had everything you could imagine and more. The beds were comfy, pillows great. Table was nice and big for our family dinners. The back yard was set up adorable and we, especially the kids really enjoyed the pool. Thank you so much! We will for sure stay here again when we return to SPI

Wonderful place, great location.

This house was very nice. Nice new furniture. Really great location. Even the pool was great. This house also had plenty of bathroom towels and plenty of beach towels and beach toys. Renting the golf carts was a must. We will return!

Ah-Mazing!

This was the nicest rental we've stayed at in years. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need, the laundry was stocked, the beach accessories were great. I could NOT keep the kids out of the pool. We didn't even need to leave the property to have an amazing vacation. 10/10 we will for sure book again!

Great Family Getaway

Book this home, you won't regret it! We booked this house for a short trip, just after Christmas! The house is literally 1 block to beach access! We walked there every morning to watch the sunrise and shell. We have a family of 5 and had so much space. The hosts provided so many little extras like beach toys, wagon, chairs and rolling cooler! The pool in the back was great and it is heated, so for the chillier nights,temps can adjusted, if needed. Plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances. Large dining table and comfy reclining chairs to watch a movie! Bathrooms were very sanitary and cleaned with a seal! Its a perfect spot to get away, a wonderful home away from home. So many things to do in South Padre and this house is no more than 10 minutes to everything! Communication with the host was easy and they are quiet genuinely wonderful people! You'll never want to leave Just Beachy Campeche!

If you are wanting to stay in the ideal beachhouse that has everything you could possibly want, then Just Beachy Campeche is the answer! It's beautiful inside and out with amenities galore: reclining sofas, comfy beds, spa-like pool, covered patio, very very short walking distance to beach, beach wagon with tons of toys for kiddos, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, luscious thick towels, even a huge welcome basket of goodies!! We were blown away by it all and hated to leave. The owner could not possibly be more accommodating, helpful, and gracious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! It made our entire visit to South Padre perfect. You are going to miss out if you don't book Just Beachy Campeche!!!

The Sweet Spot Of SPI!

Beautiful home! Wonderful host! I couldn’t have picked a better spot for my family getaway. I was a bit nervous about booking a property with a pool having a toddler, but this home comes with safe guards that gave me great peace. This home really is a dream with the tv outside and the deck
 we watched a fireworks show from the deck! You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

Wintertime getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property on SPI in early February 2022. The place was very clean and easy to access. We didn't use the car for five days, since everything was in easy walking distance: grocery store, restaurants, miniature golf, shopping. From the door, you're on the beach in three minutes, tops. A great location. The back patio and pool were fantastic, making a nice atmosphere for relaxing, reading, playing cards. All household amenities worked well for our purposes: easy meal preparation, laundry, internet, heating/cooling. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Everything We Expected

Just Beachy Campeche was exactly what was listed. It was super clean, updated interior, and great space for our family needs. The outdoor space was great added space with shade, fans, and TV. The pool was the perfect size for kids who love to swim. We enjoyed the balcony for fireworks! The location was also perfect for our family. We could walk and forth several times a day. The owner provided everything we needed/wanted on our vacation and for our family meals together. We appreciated the extra towels, chairs, wagon(LOVED), toys, and body boards that we did not have to pack ourselves. We would love to return again!

Great location!

We were so pleased with the location of this property! It is steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, groceries and some shops. It was very clean and well appointed. We had a little problem with the A/C temp on arrival but the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. The pool area out back is really lovely and the sun shade over the pool was a pleasant surprise. Just one note if you are a light sleeper...the A/C is quite loud in the downstairs bedroom. We travelled over 4th of July weekend so there was some neighborhood noise late into night, but the area of beach close to the house was not that busy which was great. Also, we could see the fireworks from the deck above the back patio. What a bonus!!

Our family had a wonderful time in South Padre and thoroughly enjoyed the "Just Beachy Campeche" house we stayed in!

This house was perfect for our family, and the pool was a big hit! In addition to the home being recently renovated, the proximity to the beach was a bonus. We could load up the wagon with beach towels, beach chairs and the beach umbrella (all provided by the homeowner) and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. This also made it convenient to return to the home for a break from the beach as needed. Later in the afternoon, when we were ready to leave the beach for the day, use of the homeowner's pool was so refreshing (after rinsing the sand off using the shower in the front of the house, of course). Our evenings were spent playing board games, so the large dining table (which seated eight comfortably) was a perfect set-up. The home was also less than a minute away from a running / biking lane that was perfect for early morning workouts for our family. The homeowner was easy to work with and very responsive. We give this experience 5/5 stars! We will definitely stay at this home again when we return to South Padre Island.

Perfect property

Traveled to SPI from San Antonio with my 17 year old daughter and 4 of her friends. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very close and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals as well as extras such as a blender, toaster, and full size coffee maker. The pool was a great place to gather and relax after a full day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the house comes with a beach wagon, ample beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels. The owners truly thought of everything a family may need for a day (or days) of fun in the sun. Another nice touch is the availability of staple pantry items. As guest check in/out there are some items left behind such as salt/pepper, spices, etc. My recommendation would be to check it out before heading to the grocery store. This was a great trip and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and well appointed place to stay. Also, be sure to check out Kics ice cream close to the house. In my opinion, best on the island.

There is a grocery store just a few blocks from the house. However, if you take a five minute drive back over the bridge, there’s an H-E-B with everything you could possibly need. We had a great time, and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well appointed house that is close to the beach and has a private pool. If you have a chance, be sure to check out KIC’s ice cream. It is just a few minutes up the street and has some of the best ice cream on the island. We visited three different places and ended up coming back to Kic’s multiple times.

We are lifetime residents of North Texas. We always dreamed of having a retirement home in Colorado as we have enjoyed vacations to the mountains since childhood. As we were drawing near retirement and after visiting South Padre Island (SPI) for a work-related conference, we loved it and decided this might be an option for our retirement home rather than the mountains. Upon our first visit to South Padre Island, we were pleasantly surprised to find there is no comparison to other Texas beaches. At South Padre Island you will find the most beautiful clear blue water unlike other Texas beaches.

Just Beachy Campeche is newly renovated and located less than half a block from South Padre Island beach. The home is located close to the entertainment district, restaurants and shopping. The home is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

Just Beachy Campeche is close to the beach, entertainment attractions, restaurants and shopping. You can literally walk to just about anything without having to walk very far. The beach is less than a half block away. The private pool topped off the package and makes for an enjoyable place to cool off after a day at the beach, or just stay in the pool and hang out all day if that is your preference.

We provide beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, ice chest and wagon to haul it all to the beach so you don't have to pack it.
