The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 85 m² house for rent in Campagne-sur-Aude, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 20 m² living room with TV, 1 sofa bed, dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, hob...
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, gas plancha, fan.
Exterior:
- A lovely 100 m² private enclosed garden and two 10 m² terraces with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Campagne-sur-Aude, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
