This 4th-floor condo, situated in the Narrows and directly across from the beach, offers everything you'd want in a Florida getaway. Cross the street to find a wide, uncrowded stretch of sand with small dunes and sea turtle nests. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for manatees and dolphins (both in the Intracoastal and the Gulf!). Down the road, you’ll find local restaurants serving everything from Italian to fresh seafood to prime rib. Outdoor dining, bicycle rentals, and water sports are also within walking distance.

Quiet Waters is a friendly condo community offering extra peace and privacy. With the beach and shared pool steps away, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the Florida sun. There is also a hot tub, picnic area with grill, and dock on-site on the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can sit and view the boats float by. Watch the sun sink into the Gulf of Mexico or rise over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Inside, beachy decor puts you in a vacation state of mind. The living room has a 55-inch Roku TV and plenty of seating on two sofas. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pack a picnic lunch for the beach in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a large pantry, plenty of prep space, and full-size appliances. A two-person bistro table is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table.

Thoughtful upgrades include a renovated guest bathroom, new furniture and bedding in the guest bedrooms, and three Roku TVs for entertainment.

Amenities include complimentary WiFi, beach towels, on-site parking, and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet Waters

We love Indian Shores. Sometimes stay on the gulf side. Sometimes stay on the inter coast side. We loved the location. The condo was nice. A little outdated. One of the toilets was not working when we arrived. But when we called Vasca, they sent out a man to fix right away.

Nice Place To Stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. We would stay there again. The only negative was there were a lot of biting mosquitos in the swimming pool area. That needs fixed immediately.

Great stay in a dated condo near beach!

Our family of 4 spent a week in this Quiet Waters condo. The unit was a nice size but somewhat dated (kitchen, bathrooms, furniture). The place was pretty clean but still had that “musty” home smell. (We brought Lysol with us so it wasn’t too bad after we aired it out). The beds are OKAY. They added pads to them for a little more comfort. We didn’t receive our entry key from Vacasa by check-in so I had to call Vacasa upon our arrival and they emailed the key code. (Lack of communication on their part). There were plenty of beach towels and a few beach items available to use even though they aren’t listed on this listing. (We asked and Vacasa prior to our arrival and they didn’t know they were there, so other guests probably left them behind). The pool in the condo was nice and we loved the quick walk across the street to the beach. The kitchen had a variety of kitchen cooking tools but no spices, oils, or condiments so we had to buy literally everything we needed for the week. (Publix and Walmart were in driving distance). If others are staying in condo upstairs, you will hear them (the family above us had lots of kids). The lock on the patio doors don’t lock so if you have kids keep that in mind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid. I would recommend for a family on a budget who love the beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks.

Great location, 1 block from the sea shore and few steps form the canal, good parking lot

Comfortable place, complete kitchenware, room very clean, nice back balcony view , you could sea the dolphins at the canal

Location is perfect. The condo itself was nice but outdated. It was clean except there was a strong fish odor coming from the drain that ran throughout the condo

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 weeks in this unit and it was our first time renting. Overall it was a good experience. The unit is in a great area and the other building tenants are very friendly. The building is well maintained. The unit was immaculate and looked freshly painted and the living areas provided a comfortable stay, although the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating. For my husband and I, who both have back issues, all the mattresses in the unit are very soft. Had we been there only a week, it would not have been bad, but for 6 weeks they were very uncomfortable. The Turnkey (property management company) staff was wonderful the few times I needed to call them. The only misperception I apparently had from talking to other renters, was that there is a courtesy protocol that a current renter is given the option to rent the same property again the following year before it is offered to other potential renters. But, on only the 5th day of our stay, while talking to another renter in our building he tells us that the owner of our unit contacted him directly to see if he would be interested in renting our unit the following year for the same time period that we were there this year. So that was a bit of a surprise because we thought we would have been asked first. Other than that, it was a good stay and I would recommend it with reservation.

Quiet lazy week...just what I needed

The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were great and clean. The view from the deck was beautiful. We had dolphins a few mornings and we also caught a sunset on the 5th floor over the ocean. I definitely would stay there again!

Great location and view

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because of the little things like toilet in the master not being clean, the back sliding door didn’t close all the way in, and The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little updating. All the appliances worked well and having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect for us since we packed light for this vacation. We made use of the fishing pier the pool and was nice to be able to walk across the street to get to the beach. Originally before we came they said there were no beach towels or chairs. When we got there there were two beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels. Check in and check out was super easy. There are nearby restaurants, ice cream and even a CVS that was all walkable. Parking at the location was great! There was never a time where there wasn’t anywhere to park.

Great location, beautiful unit!

If you like variety for your beach vacation location, this area of Indian Shores is perfect. The beach access is about 50 steps away (across the street) and the beach is wide, uncrowded and had many birds and turtle nests. The condo unit is 5 floors up and has a beautiful view. The best part is it gets the morning sun (and sunrise), so the balcony is cool and shady in the afternoon to watch the birds in the mangroves across the water, or the dolphins playing. You can watch the fish jump or you can fish off the pier. Sunsets from the front balcony or top floor were lovely. The pool, hot tub and grill made outdoor meals more fun. It is a small building, so the pool never felt crowded. The unit has recently been redone and the layout is comfortable, relaxed and very clean. All the cooking utensils and gadgets you could want, and we loved having the "simple" things (saran, foil, laundry and dish detergent, baggies, coffee filters, etc.) provided. We had no need to contact the management service while we were there, but they were easy to contact before our arrival. The in-house tablet allowed us to search for anything - from nearby grocery stores, to mini golf or the weekly flea market. We took walks almost every day - the road has a dedicated pedestrian lane, and you can walk about 1.5 miles to JD's in Indian Rocks for breakfast (or any other meal), visit the local history museum or shop the various stores along the way. We came back along the beach to enjoy the breeze and collect shells. Great ice cream at Haze is 2 doors down, and The Pub (4 doors down) has a nice outdoor dining area on the water if you don't feel like walking as far. There is a bird sanctuary about 2 miles south that takes in injured birds for rehab or permanent care. To the north, just over the bridge, the McGough Nature Park where you can feed the many turtles in the pond, enjoy the playground, or visit the birds in the exhibits. Lots of restaurants from fancy (Salt Rocks Grill, Villa Gallace, Aqua Prime) to everyday (Crabby Bill's, Lulu's, PJ's) for a grouper sandwich or fresh oysters, and fresh donuts at the Lighthouse. Or go to St. Pete for lunch at the Don Caesar. There are kayak and jetski rentals nearby, but a lunchtime cruise on St. Pete's Starlite Sapphire is highly recommended! St. Pete also hosts the wonderful Dali museum, the Chihuly collection and of course Mazzaro's Italian importers. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space for our family of four. Our teen-aged sons loved the pool, hot tub & fishing off the pier. We visited the beach often since it was so close & convenient to just walk across the street to get to it. The property was clean & well-kept. The unit was very clean, and had new carpeting (we think). The refrigerator was not working well at first, but was attended to right away & got us through our stay.
