Prepare delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. This single-story home sleeps eight guests in four suites, each equipped with a smart TV. Find supreme comfort in the two master suites, each complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the other includes a tub/shower combination. The third suite has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth suite is furnished with a plush queen bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a children's stroller for added convcenience.

Kick back in armchairs to start the day with fresh coffee on the screened lanai. Splash in the private pool (5’ deep) on the screened lanai and bask in the sun on two poolside loungers. Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six.

The heated spa is included in the cost of the rent. Pool heat is not needed from June - September.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 25 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
