Admire the beach from your private balcony every while sipping on a refreshing iced coffee or snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV while watching your favorite show or game. This condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind and central air conditioning throughout to keep you all nice and comfortable during your stay. Extra amenities include a private washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location. The place was clean and since we didn't arrive till night it was very nice to have the starter bag till we got our Walmart delivery the next day. The deck was a great area especially having young children. The property is like a home and work great for us look forward to staying next year agian.

Family reunion

The door had a 10 digit code that you had to put in every time.... Could be shorter so you might have a chance at remembering it.... You also had to drive down to the office to "check in" which consisted in an envelope with a paper parking pass..... Not necessary because you park in the condo number spot you are renting.... Fault stayed in the same building and didn't have to do any of that because it wasn't vacasa run. Unnecessary requirements for checking in and out.... They wanted us to drop the packet off with the pass at the office we didn't not if they charge us extra for not handing them a paper parking pass with specific dates on it we will have more issues. It's a great location. Too bad you have to keep the door code with you and usually had to put it in multiple times before it would work

Stay at OC MD

Overall it was a good stay. Its a nice condo. Not as walkable as I thought. The landlord doesnt respond at all; which is a bummer because we needed a late check out that we could never get an response on. The couches are dirty, clean them, they are gross. More tp would have been great. At least 1 roll per guest, eight of us were there for 7 days. Also, two rolls of paper towels is not nearly enough. Other than that, everything was great.

Check-in problems

Other than the check-in, our stay was great. At check-in, the lockbox didn't work. I called and they said they would send a maintenance man, but he never showed so i went back to the office and got keys. Also, a maintenance man came to change the door handle on the screen door and spent 1 1/2 hours and there was a screw sticking out that tore a few items of clothing. He didn't know what to do with the lockbox.

Great Location but unkept!

You truly could not ask for a better location! However, the room was not clean and in need of new furniture. Beds and sofa couch were not comfy. All sliding closets door were broken or unable to move. Dresser in main bedroom, drawers were falling out and unable to accommodate clothing. The fridge, freezer and counters need to be cleaned before unpacking, frozen black questionable liquid under 1/2 bag of used ice. There was a noticeable film on surfaces of counters and dining table. Dirty q-tips in bathroom floor. The main bathroom bath tub would not drain, everyone had to use one shower! The toilet brush was kept under the bathroom sink, so you could not store your belongings. Had to purchase box fans because the condo would not cool below 70. Very Disappointed in the value of condo!! Would have given a much better review if the place was cleaner, especially since there is a $350 cleaning fee attached to the rental agreement!

Nice area on boardwalk

This property was on the boardwalk and in a very quiet area. Nice location. However, the screen doors of the unit were broken and very difficult to open/close. Such a nice outdoor sitting area, however, the outdoor furniture needs a little updating. Two of the chairs were unusable due to rips in the seats. The room smelt like cigarette smoke upon on arrival and lingered in the bedroom the whole week - I notified the local office to note that it was not me who smoked! Otherwise, nice location and met my expectations. Good communication with the local rental office in reference to this rental unit.

Relaxing vacation

Relaxing on the beach with family, what a wonderful stay. View of the beach and balcony was great. Minimal noise could be heard from boardwalk being a first floor unit. Condo was clean and pleasant. Needs minor maintenance but would consider renting again.

Great Location!

We love Ocean Hideaway, it is the perfect location for us. Not too close to the busy end of the boardwalk yet not too far away either. Have been coming to OC since I was a kid and still love coming back every year! See you next year OC MD!
