Our family had a wonderful time in Destin, the neighborhood is in a great location and the shuttle service was very useful. We also had a nice swim in the neighborhood pool too. The house could use minor maintenance like towel hooks being loose, 1 of the tv remotes wouldn’t work (we tried changing batteries) and the wagon has a broken wheel but these were VERY minor issues. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Destin beach house

We had a wonderful time. The house was very conveniently located and the pool was very nice in the neighborhood. Our only problem was there was no slide at the pool as advertised

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The home had everything you’d need for a week at the beach. It included several portable cribs and a high chair which was a few less things I had to worry with packing. There was a minor issue with the house, however, the owner was extremely responsive and very quick to have a resolution. The community pool is perfect for families with littles. I would highly recommend this home, especially if you’re traveling with small children.

Great vacay!

Excellent stay! Beautiful home and the pool was a quick walk away. The house is in the perfect location near restaurants and across the street from Destin Commons. We had a great time!

Fabulous Location!

We enjoyed staying at the Beach Nut! We liked how the house was a little more secluded in the neighborhood and were impressed with all of the kid-friendly amenities (baby gates and pack and plays). We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay in this property. Location was ideal to shopping, the beach, grocery stores, and easily walkable if you don’t have a vehicle. The pool area was wonderful too. The home was perfect for large families or any group, very clean, had wonderful amenities and we loved the layout of the home. We enjoyed our deck/veranda very much in the evenings. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Condo was a great central location

The condo is in a great central location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Sam the owner was great to work with and was very accommodating if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub are very nice. House is very nice and clean. Can't wait to come back.

Beach Stay

We had an amazing time staying at The Beach Nut. It was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented. The pool was fantastic. The beach was a quick drive- we found that the public access by the Crab Trap was the best option. Sam was a great host- who was attentive and responsive to questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Destin Family Trip!

My recent stay at our beach house in Destin, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular. The house, located just a 10 minute walk from the pristine white sand beaches, was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. This Destin rental was everything we had hoped for! The home was very clean on arrival and felt very spacious for our family of 7! I really appreciated the updated style and cute beach decor. There are so many little details that made the home more functional for vacation like fully stocked kitchenware, spacious kitchen with tons of cabinets and countertops, little hooks around the bathrooms to dry swimsuits, beach chairs and beach umbrellas saved us a lot of packing room in the car! We had a little issue with a bad wheel on the beach wagon so I messaged Sam, the host, and he was super quick and accommodating to find a solution! The family enjoyed the many games supplied and had an awesome family tournament with the gigantic wooden Connect 4 game! It’s a little 10 minute walk to the beach but it’s very easy and pleasant. You can also call the neighborhood beach shuttle to haul your family and all your beach things to the beach then call them when you’re done to return. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful recommending local tourists spots and restaurants since we had never visited Destin before. We went most days to the Tarpon Beach public access which was beautiful. We didn’t realize that some of the beach shore was private property and we needed to find a public beach, but that worked fine. We also drove 8 or 9 minutes to the Henderson State park for a day at that beach. 6 per car to park but the beach was beautiful and a little less crowded. Enjoyed our stay!

Destin trip

The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed to go to the beach. We ended up driving to the beach at the state park…seemed like more room to spread out there. The house was really clean and in a great location. Owners were super responsive to all of our questions. Would Definitely come back.

Very nice place

Very nice property and located very close to the pool . Very good communication with the owners. Only small issue was the distance to the public beach. Maybe a 10 min walk .Would recommend driving there and paying a 5$ parking fee

Perfect for multiple families!

We had a great time at the BeachNut Destin! We were in town for the PG little league World Series. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, 3 11 year olds and 1 4 year old. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood pool was awesome and just 2 blocks away. The beach is a farther walk but we made it just fine walking one day and other days we drove. We would be happy to stay at this house again in the future.

July 4th birthday

We stayed here with a total of 9 people to celebrate my mother’s 65th birthday. We had an amazing time. The pool was amazing and perfect for my two kids. The zero entry is always a hit. The house was perfect and loaded with everything that we needed. Host was very attentive and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Destin

The place was perfect! We had everything we needed. The location was ideal. Everything was in walking distance. We even got to check in early, which was extremely helpful since we arrived early in town. Sam was great and very responsive. Sam even sent a message just to make sure we settled in ok....who does that anymore? Thank you Sam for the wonderful Spring break. Trust that we will be back!!
