Welcome to Coastal Bliss at Paradise Cove Townhomes on Clearwater Beach, featuring 4 levels of luxury living and entertainment! The Perfect Place for the entire family, this 2400 sf, 3 bedroom and 3 full bath town home comes with everything your family needs for a fabulous vacation featuring an additional private 1,000+ sf rooftop entertainment sun deck, with an elevator that stops at all levels, including the sun deck.
First Level Features : 1200 sf private garage with hang out area! Newer Lounge area with sectional couch, ping pong table and TV that leads right into the patio and pool area! Plus, plenty of parking with 2 car additional spaces in the private driveway.
Second Floor features: Living & dining rooms and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will love the beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking the boat docks and pool deck from the 2nd floor balcony! Down the hallway is the 1st guest bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom.
3rd Floor features: The Primary suite with a King size bed and ensuite bath that includes a large jetted whirlpool tub and separate large shower and two vanities. Down the hallway is the laundry room with newer washer & dryer, & the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds with it's own private bathroom. This bedroom has 10 foot high double doors with a small balcony for a streetside view & glimpse of the Gulf. All beds have very large cedar lined drawers under them and all night stands, and dressers are also cedar lined.
4th Level Features: Private Rooftop Terrace & Entertainment Sun Deck area. From the rooftop terrace you get 360 views of the sunsets over the Beach and the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the night lights of the bayside. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee at the outdoor table gas fire pit surrounded by a comfy outdoor sectional. Room for all of your guests!
Extras Include: HD Smart TV’s in every room & Free WIFI; Keyless Entry, 1st floor lanai with your own private Gas barbecue grill & seating overlooking the pool & boat slips; a Beach Wagon loaded with 6 beach chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, beach towels & cooler! Washer & Dryer included. All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Hair Dryer, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.
This beach townhome is located on the very exclusive Brightwater Drive on the intercoastal but yet just several blocks from restaurants, shopping, beach, bars, night life, and more. Only 2-3 blocks from the white sands of the Beach and main strip, yet still a private luxury retreat to live the amazing Florida Salt Life!

We believe in creating a wonderful experience for everyone who stays with us. These guidelines help ensure that you and all our guests have an exceptional stay! A confirmed booking with us means that you have read and acknowledged the following guidelines:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign additional guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. Base price includes the first 4 guests; additional charge for each guest thereafter. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the porches/balconies. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250. Please walk to street to smoke if necessary.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.
PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:
-Must remain under handler control at all times.
-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose)
-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
-Must be house broken.
Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee.
USE OF GRILL: Gas Grill: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
