Modern house with artistic flair and works of art presented throughout, stylish interior design and attention to details ensure a complete uniqueness.
The property has a landscaped front yard .
The main entrance opens up towards the Living area which is connected to the Dining area and the fully equipped Kitchen with island. It has stove, oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher. Also coffee machine, a kettle, a blender and a toaster are available for you to use.
There is a large dining table if you'd prefer to have your breakfast or dinner inside.
This area connects seamlessly through sliding doors towards the large and comfortable Outdoor area with covered terrace, bar with a gas BBQ as well and large crystal clear saltwater pool with fountains.
This lovely Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with proper TV's, bathrooms, walking closets.
All bedrooms have King size beds. Bed in Bedroom #4 can be turned to two Twin size beds, if needed. All bedrooms have A/C for your comfort. Bathrooms have all towels and a hairdryer. Linens and towels provided.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms. If necessary, you can rent an attached indepedent bedroom (need request) with a Queen size bed and a convertible single size sofa for an additional fee (check availability in advance). Contact us to check availability in advance! This bedroom has microwave, mini-fridge, necessary tableware. Has independent entrance but can be communicated with main Villa.

There is a parking in front of the house for 4 cars.
The house is fully air conditioned and fenced.
Our security cameras are located just outside the home for your peace of mind and safety.
You get complete confidentiality and confidence.
We have beach towels, beach bags, umbrellas, Beach chairs and large cooler to be taken to the beach.

Allowed pets - max 5 kg.
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry powder are provided.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
WIFI is available inside and outside the house.
Cable TV.

House Rules:
8 guests max. No guests after 10pm till 8am. No loud noises after 10pm. No large gatherings or parties.

Please report damages that occur while you're in residence immediately!

No smoking and no vaping in the house.

Every 2 or 3 days our equipment will take care of your pool, and water plants outside.

POOL: You swim at your own risk. PUSHING, JUMPING OR DIVING are NOT allowed. It is prohibited to use glass in and near the pool (fine for change water in pool will be assessed). Guests are not allowed to take food into the pool. Don’t enter or swim in the area of fountains.
Children must be accompanied by adults in the pool area at all times.

No candles inside.

Without the written permission of the owners, you may not use Villa Moscardini and its territory for any advertisements or other public content, except for personal photos or online reviews of the Villa.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the house.

The most convenient transport in Aruba for exploring the island and feel free is a rented car.
