This super clean brand new designer home accommodates 16 people in beds (20 people with futons) and is centrally located to recreation, dining and shopping. We designed the home with privacy, comfort and escape in mind. Everyone can enjoy themed unique spaces in this home. From the campout-themed bunk room complete with 6 twin beds to the arcade with Air hockey, Foosball, basketball and an arcade game with over 300 games.. boredom shouldn't be an issue here. The living room upstairs has new Italian leather sofas, separate accent chairs and overlooks the gourmet kitchen and dining area. We included a high chair, playpen and outlet covers to accommodate little ones.

We now have an amazing outdoor space with a 6 person hot tub, huge playground, gas grill in bbq area with picnic table and fully fenced yard!

We've gone to every effort to provide a clean, allergen-free space for everyone. We use only non-toxic cleaners to clean the home between stays, no perfumes or air fresheners with VOC's and we have a strict no pet policy.

The kitchen provides you with any amenity you need to cook your own meals. We include Coffee (including decaf), tea, hot chocolate and even some snacks for the weary traveler.

The secluded master suite features a memory foam king bed with nightstands complete with usb chargers, a 32" smart tv and walk-in closet. The master bath includes a dual-head tiled walk-in shower, a large soaker tub and dual vanities with plenty of storage.

4 more bedrooms are private, uniquely themed, have close access to a bathroom and queen memory foam beds, dressers and smart TV's.

The bunkroom in the basement features 3 sets of bunk beds totaling 6 twin beds.

The basement includes a huge family room with a large comfy sectional, a 70" smart tv, 2 futons that convert into queen beds for some extra sleeping space and a game table with a TON of board games and card games.

Perfect for our family!

We all gathered for funeral in Shelley last weekend. This was the perfect housing for all of us. The weather was dicey but we were able to enjoy the back yard on the first day. We appreciate you opening this space for us.

June 2023 stay

The rental property is a great house with every amenity you could want. There was a small group of friends gathering for a reunion weekend, and this house and location were perfect for us. The owner could not have been any better. Andrea was quickly responsive to any questions we had, and updated us on everything leading up to the weekend stay. I recommend to anyone (families, friends, etc) looking to stay in Idaho Falls.

Reunions

We stayed at the house with my children and grandchildren. The house had all items that we needed, baby gate for the stairs, highchair, cooking items, game room for the older kids, toys for the toddler, ect. Fenced back yard was also great! We loved it.

A Must Stay!!

Too bad we can only give five stars. We've stayed at this property several times with more booked already. Tons of room to live, sleep, and play without ever feeling crowded. The owners have set the bar on how to create a home away from home. From the stocked pantry with things like breakfast and coffee options to games to the hot tub, they have taken careful steps to make sure your stay is a good one. We stay at short term rentals almost everywhere we go and this is the only one we've come back to this often.

Perfect Place for Family to Gather

Group of adults meeting from various points to celebrate the lifr of a family member. Home provided space for quiet, as well as for gathering. Close to stores, restaurants, diversions. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent. We greatly appreciated the bed accommodations, with the number of beds, the bunkbeds and the futons worked out great. The home was spacious and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it all.

State Playoff Retreat

This property was AWESOME!!! We were traveling as a team for the Idaho State Vball Tournament, and this allowed 12 players and 3 coaches to stay comfortably! Everyone slept in a bed, we were able to do a lot of team bonding by being able to enjoy the shared spaces, hot tub, and amenities that this property offered. We were also able to capitalize on use of the kitchen to prepare most of our meals which was a HUGE bonus considering the schedule of the tournament and the team's focus on eating healthy. This property had it all - a coffee bar, great kitchen amenities, 3 full baths, and beds galore. If we ever travel to Idaho Falls again, we will be staying at this house!!!

Wonderful spacious home!

The house is spacious, well decorated and equipped. It is very convenient to shopping and downtown sights such as the River Walk. Andrea was very nice and interested in ensuring that we he’d a good stay. If you have kids, there is a large yard with a playground and a bunk bed room that accommodates up to six that would be wonderful for a bunch of cousins or friends.

Wedding weekend stay

All my adult siblings and a few spouses stayed for 2 nights. Super clean, quiet neighborhood. Awesome decor as advertised and the kitchen/family room was open/comfortable and allowed for late night games/conversation. Thanks!!

Wonderful family home

We had a wonderful stay here while gathering for my son's wedding. We had all ages from 1 to 81, and this home had everything we needed. The toys, portable crib, high chair and playground were heavily used. The game room was very fun for the 20-30 somethings. Everything was very new, clean, and modern. I appreciated how the host provided just enough detergent for doing dishes and laundry. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also a very nice touch. We loved our stay in your beautiful home!

Great new property, all on point.

Very well thought out property. The owner's experience really shows. No disaappoinments, great stay, brand new construction. Very clean. We never did find a way to heat the basement rooms, it must exist but we did not figure iit out.

Hi! I'm Andrea Jardine and I'd love to welcome you to our home in Idaho Falls. I am a real estate agent and for 18 years I've also worked side-by-side with my husband Ben building homes throughout East Idaho. When I came to study in the area in 1999, I met my husband who was born and raised here. I've lived here ever since. We've been married for 21 years and have 2 daughters. We love the East Idaho area and all it has to offer. Although we do see some colder temperatures and snow, there is a beautiful serenity that comes with winter here in Idaho. And the summers are truly amazing. We love to go camping, hiking, skiing and riding in the mountains. We love to travel all over the world and enjoy learning about new places and cultures.

In addition to being a full time real estate agent and helping with the home building, we have rental properties that we love to open up to new friends. We love meeting new people and learning about the parts of the world they are visiting from.

We built this home with the intention of selling it to a buyer here in Idaho Falls. But as we neared completion we started to discover how amazing this home would be as a short term rental. With so many spaces to offer different age groups and experiences.. it really is the perfect place to create privacy and fun. We recognize that this property is able to accommodate more than one family at a time, which offers an affordability to families trying to split the cost of accommodations. We also found that many of our clients needed a place to stay for a bit while waiting for a home to close.

We don't use any strong perfumes, VOC's, bleach. Instead we use powerful non-toxic sanitation including products. This home is within walking distance to the hospital and other medical offices and a short drive to shopping.
