You won't have to venture far from your home base for an abundance of coastal activities, as the shared indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, shared fitness facility, and beach access are at your fingertips. After you have had your fill of adventure, make your way inside to relax in bliss with loved ones in the comfortable living area as the smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. The adorable dining area will be just the place to gather for meals or game nights, and French doors open up to one of the bedrooms to allow this space to have a unique, airy feel.
Regardless of how you plan to use each dreamy vacation day, Phoenix West #2302 will be just the place to make year-round memories.
Things to Know
Your parking passes will be automatically reserved once your reservation is confirmed. You will receive an email to the address on file to register your passes with Phoenix West within the week of your arrival. The system will auto-generate the maximum amount of passes your unit allows. Parking pass rates are determined by the HOA, paid to the HOA, and are subject to change at any time without notice. The current rate is $55 per reservation not day. Please see your confirmation email for more details.

ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY
Beginning 9/2026 through 5/20/2026.
Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.
All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.
As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
This project on selected units can be characterized as a âmust doâ item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 23.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
