A sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space. This vacation rental also includes a furnished balcony where you can start each days with a mug of fresh coffee in-hand as the sun kisses the mountains.

On-site, you and your guests will also have access to shared on-site laundry facilities.

Firewood is not provided. Guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather-permitting.

Nice time

Didn't spend much time in the condo with so much to do near by. It was a nice place with great views to wake up and have coffee to.

Breathtaking Views

Overall I would give this condo a 8.5/10. It was very clean when we arrived. The views are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. I thought the picture I saw when booking showed a room with twin beds and another with a king which is why I chose this condo but ours had 2 king beds. It still worked out for our daughters though. The tv in the guest room didn’t have anything hooked to it so the girls couldn’t watch any tv in there. Be sure your vehicle can handle steep mountain roads! Overall, we loved our stay and would book again.

Dirty and wore out

First things first the reason and only reason it’s getting 2 starts is the view is amazing! Here is the bad every single dish we pulled out of the cabinets was so gross, the kitchen counters had food crumbs as well as hair on them, the kitchen is not well prepared to cook if that’s something you are looking for this ain’t it, the whole place is just wore out you can tell they really just don’t care, The blinds for the sliding glass door are useless from how many are missing the sliding glass door also does not lock, the furniture, couch pillows, bedding, and towels are all in need of a replacement, the towels just have that very musty smell to them, the floors throughout the entire condo were so gross like weren’t cleaned in I don’t even know how long I swept as soon as we got there because it was so bad,

Beautiful place with a wonderful view

It is a perfect place for a vacation in the mountains. It is fairly close to the downtown Gatlinburg. There is a beautiful viewing from the balcony. The apartment was fairly clean and everything you would need was available.

Wonderful place

The views were amazing and lots of bears around the property, the best part was mama bear and her cubs, but please dont leave food in cars or leave them unlocked and dont try to feed or talk to the bears.First time ever staying in the mountains and its a trip i will never forget.

Gorgeous views

The views from this condo are incredible! The porches face the east and you will get beautiful sunrise views. Make sure you walk across the parking lot in the evening and you'll see breathtaking sunsets! The pools were essential to our stay and we spent a lot of time there. We also saw tons of bears around our parking lot which was scary at times, but mostly my kids were amazed and it made for wonderful memories. Just make sure you don't leave food in your car and keep it locked at all times! The condo could use some love, but overall was nice. My 4 stars refers to the noise. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us. Luckily, they went to bed at reasonable times but it was tough to fall asleep. I'm sure this changes often, depending if there is anyone above you but it is worth mentioning.

Breathtaking Mountain Views!

We loved everything about our stay! The views were our favorite but as a family of 6, our kids really enjoyed the pools!! The full kitchen was perfect to help us save money. Two bathrooms was fantastic for 6 people!! It was our family's favorite stay during our multi stay road trip!

The views from our unit were breath taking! 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen were very nice as well! The property was well kept and had both an indoor and outdoor pool with a hottub! Our family really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful Place

Clean and spacious my wife and 4 children had a wonderful time. The views were amazing got to see several bear from our balcony and around the property. Most definitely would stay there again.

Would not stay here again.

We would not stay here again. 10 digit door key code was a bit accessive. W/D is listed in the title and i assumed we would have our own washer and dryer. We did not, its coin operated and in the apartment complex seperate bulding. We booked this 💯 because it said there was a (public) hottub and pool, however after payment was made in full, a few days before checkin we received all the check in info and an update stating hottub and pool were closed for renovation. Both king beds were pretty firm, i know its a matter of preference, we like softer beds, so be aware these are hard. The sleeper sofa mattress was pretty worn and the head of the mattres was lower than the feet making it hard to sleep on, so we purchased an air mattress for our teens vs using this bed. This is on the 2nd of 3 floors. Unfortunately the people directly above us had two 5-6 year old girls that ran and stomped from 6am until 10-11pm every single day of our 5 day stay. I realize this is not the owners fault but it was so annoying, loud and impossible to relax and take naps. It appears they lived tehre and were not renting. Customer was quick to respond however the girls still never stopped running all day long, even leaving piles of shredded cheese that dropped from their balconly to ours. I hate leaving such a negative review but this was not a good rental in so many ways. We travel extensively, staying in rentals and hotels and ive never been so unhappy w a rental nor left a negative review until now.

Great get away!

Overall, this was a great stay!! I wish we would have known ahead of time how far up the mountain it was ahead of time... had we gotten worse weather, we would have never gotten down off the mountain! After booking, there was a note that mentioned '4x4 required in winter months', but it wasn't noted anywhere before booking which could have been a MAJOR problem had we not already been in a truck..

Nice place.

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Well decorated. Some items in the rental needs repaired or replaced. The rental is about an eight mile drive up steep roads. If going in the winter, you will need four wheel drive.

Good for a short getaway

It’s a cute little condo. We saw a bear from the balcony on the first night which was exciting! Nice, quiet area. It had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. My husband and I and another couple went together and it was nice that we had our own king bed bedrooms and a bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the standing fans in the closets. A few small things that would make it better or notes for future renters: new flooring & paint in the hallways would make it look a lot better. We were worried about how the condo would look walking into those hallways, but were happy that the condo was much nicer than the rest of the interior of the building. We found it odd that there was a mirror in the closet of the 2nd bedroom, but not hung up. We swept the floors and there was dirt on them that definitely wasn’t from us as well as cobwebs by the ceiling. Also couldn’t find matches or a lighter for the fireplace. It was further from Gatlinburg than we expected because of the twisty, windy roads. I wouldn’t do it in a 2 wheel drive vehicle if there was any sort of bad weather at all, but the views were awesome up there!

Nice but needs attention

There were a few items that need correction. The bed in the front bedroom had a broken leg in the middle causing it to sag. The main bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain. Also, the promised wood for the fireplace was not there. You had to buy wood at the Summit office. Finally, the deadbolt area of the door was missing parts and had a paper towel stuffed in the whole.

Comfortable Stay

I found the condo very clean when I arrived and the kitchen was very well stocked. I have stayed at many rentals at the Summit and the views are always worth the drive up the mountain. I found this rental very comfortable and completely met my needs. Would stay again.

Broken Bed

My daughters and I booked a 2 night stay in Gatlinburg TN. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 king size beds. We chose this one because of the king size beds. We reviewed the pictures of the rental, however, failed to notice there was only one picture of one of the bedrooms. Immediately upon arrival we noticed the one king size bed was clearly collapsed in the center. Within 10 minutes at 3:50pm I called Vacasa who assured me not to worry that maintenance will get ahold of me to either replace the bed or see if it can be fixed. They stated they would call me back shortly. At 6:07pm I had not heard anything. At 7:50 and 8:52 I was told a supervisor would call me back in 20 mins. No calls from this company at all. After 3 days of calling them multiple times I have only received one call from the local management company that handles the rental itself. This was after a horrible night of attempting to sleep on this mattress. The manager stated they could either move us (which we could not do due to excursions booked and prepaid) or they could bring us an air mattress. No compensation. After 8 calls to Vacasa they have said the are willing to credit me 50 percent toward my next stay. This is not acceptable as the customer service is horrible. They allow these places to use their site but offer no support other than you have to work it out with the management at the building you are staying at. I have received 0 phone calls from Vacasa despite multiple times of stating they would call me back. I would never use them again so the credit is worthless. They clearly knew this bed was broke ahead of time as the apartment was cleaned. I have pictures and videos

Some issues, but nice stay

Condo is nice, comfortable for a small family. I let management know that the main balcony door is very difficult to open and may be off track. Also the bed in the 2nd bedroom is broken, the frame will buckle if an adult gets on the bed. Luckily my small kids could sleep in it. If mgmt could fix these things, then it will be a great stay. Look out for bears in the complex!

Views forever

Great condo with amazing views. Bathrooms could use updating and you can hear the neighbors every footstep. The owners have put sound machines in each bedroom which helped with the noise. Gorgeous views of mountains and Gatlinburg. No elevator so be sure you can do stairs.

Excellent Views and a Cozy Environment

Everything about this unit was amazing except for one of the King beds was broken and was completely on the floor in the middle. Property was managed by Vacasa and they were contacted as soon as we got there about the bed being broken. I was in contact with them every single day about the bed and no one ever showed up to fix it. Other than that, it was a very great place to stay.
