Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great condo, perfect view!

Our stay was perfect in Orange Beach for a long weekend. The condo was very cute and clean. We loved how close it was to some great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning!

First trip after retirement and daughter in college. Love the beach, nowhere more relaxing. One bedroom perfect for 2 people. This unit is lovely.

Really nice property with an excellent view!

We loved the condo. Beautifully furnished and so refreshing to see the perfectly placed crosses in the condo. Well furnished with kitchen supplies. Once Tropical Storm Cindy finally left we really enjoyed the cross proximity to the beach.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay, but the weather was not that great. Mostly cloudy and rainy. We made the best of it on the balcony and got as many beach walks in as possible!

Gorgeous view of Gulf

Stunning view of water to wake up to every day. Enjoyed 5th floor balcony, walking on the beach daily, roomy condo well supplied with necessities. Only negative was noisy box spring on bed. Everything else was great !

Awesome Orange Beach condo!

We usually take our vacations on the west coast but this year we decided to try something different. We had never been to Orange Beach before and this great condo made our stay perfect. Well equipped and updated so we really felt at home. Views were awesome and the building is laid out so you still have privacy in the unit. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking also. Along with the beautiful beach we also saw a concert at the Wharf amphitheater and it's a great venue.

Property was nice and clean.

Only issue I had was the balcony to our room 508 smelled like cigarettes. We were unable to enjoy the balcony like we wanted.

A perfect getaway!

This was our second year to vacation at Phoenix East 508, and the property was as great as we remembered it. The unit is clean and tidy and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing, as well as plenty of towels for the bath. I especially enjoyed the soft king size bed - felt very luxurious! The views of the beach, pool, and Perdido Pass from the balcony can't be beat. This is a beachfront property and beach access is direct and easy. It was a great value for our money and perfect for a couples getaway. We can't wait to come back next year!

The only problem was I had to sweep the bedroom upon arrival because there was some dry sand on the floor. Other than that, the condo was awesome.

Great location!

Everything about the rental was great. The cleanliness, communication with property manager, and location were wonderful. The only thing I would have to say negative is the comfort of the bed. We ended up purchasing a mattress topper during our stay due to the discomfort of the bed. We also tried the pullout couch, however, it was limited padding as well. Other than the bed comfort, I would recommend this rental.

Process easy. I do find that cleaning fee is ridiculously high, considering, you have to do a bunch of things in order to checkout. Seems that if Place is left presentable, there could be a fee or deposit of some type credited back. Just say. Great place though

Great Vacation Spot!

Amenities excellent. Centrally located. Views from the balcony were beautiful, unfortunately sunrise and sunset weren’t visible. Great restaurants with seafood & other yummies! Took a dolphin excursion, which I would highly recommend, although do bring your binoculars to view them from the balcony. We took the Happy Harbor Dolphin Excursion and were afforded the opportunity to see “baby” dolphins! Our whole trip was very enjoyable, just not long enough!! Next time we’ll do a couple of weeks. This was my husband’s first time to a beach with white sand🏝

Lovely New Years at the beach. Lots of R&R + great views & great food!

My husband and I decided to spend a cozy New Years at the beach. We had a lovely time staying at the Phoenix East. The condo is adorable, very comfortable with plenty of space for us to spread out & relax. Plus, a well-stocked kitchen & lovely views from the balcony. We had a great time watching the sunsets from the balcony & relaxing in the hot tub. We ate at The Gulf just down the road--great burgers, sandwiches & cocktails. On New Years day we walked down the beach to The Voyager at the resort next door & had an amazing dinner. We loved how quiet & calm Orange Beach was at this time of year--you can walk out on the beach in the evening & it's almost like having the whole place to yourself. We hope to be able make it back to this sweet little condo again!
