Welcome to Goin' Coastal! Perfectly situated on 3rd Street in the much desired St. Simons Island East Beach neighborhood and a 1/4 mile to the 3rd St. beach access, Goin' Coastal offers its guests a wonderfully remodeled 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home with a brand new heated pool.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! â the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The pool area is private and perfect for all members of your group. The pool features an 8" deep entry area offering a wonderful place to lounge or for the little ones to play. Lounge chairs and extra seating areas surround the pool to ensure you can find ultimate sun and fun anytime. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $45 / night for year round enjoyment!
Inside guests will find a spacious living room perfect for relaxing, watching movies or the game on the large 55" HD Smart TV. The open floor plan makes family gatherings an ease as the dining and kitchen areas are adjacent to the living room area. The kitchen island has seating for eight and the dining table has additional seating for four. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals for guests and features a gas range, beverage refrigerator and a wet bar.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor as well as an additional guest bedroom with it's own en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a Jack n Jill bathroom and a large private balcony. Guests can also enjoy a private escape with the Garage Suite with an additional Queen bed and two twin bunk beds with an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom (except the garage suite) does have it's own HD Smart TV with cable television.
