- Please note that this is a second-floor apartment, and access is only available via stairs. We do not have an elevator or a handicap accessible entry.
- For your security and peace of mind, we have video surveillance monitoring the exterior building hallways and parking lot.

We are located in the heart of the city and do also have the general urban foot traffic, including a transient population, that is not uncommon to see in our area given the high density of the central city.
