The open concept of the dining and living area is perfect to hang out with family and friends. The cottage has been beautifully appointed with a tasteful coastal flair. This property will have all the comforts of home with high end mattresses and linens. The newly constructed front covered porch is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the beach. Dine alfresco on the new stone patio located in the backyard or enjoy the sunsets in the screen in back porch. The cottage has A/C, Wi-Fi and two TV's. Walk to the 2 private beaches and a DOCK. Launch the kayak into the Padanaram harbor. Take a walk over the Padanaram bridge into the Village where you will find Farm & Coast Market, restaurants and shopping.
