A spacious 2 BR 1500 sf Condo fits a Family of 4 or 2 Couples comfortably in a verdant treetop setting. Centrally located next to Coligny Bch/Downtown HHI, we're a 10 min walk (path) to Forest. Our community has a pool with a view, fountain-fed lagoon and tennis courts. We provide 4 Rackets as well as other beachgoing gear (4 chairs, etc.) There is a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer as well as central air/cooling and Smart TV.

The two level condo was everything as described. The rooms were spacious and furnishings were in excellent condition. The condo was located about 100 ft or so from the condo. The condo had a second floor as well as a first floor entrance. The second floor entrance was accessible by elevator which made loading and unloading suitcases from the condo very easy. Entrance to beach accesses 52 and 59 can be accessed by walking less than a mile to either. A wagon is provided to haul your chairs, cooler, etc. There is also beach parking at either access. Coligny shopping and restaurants are also accessible by walking, biking or car. A decent sized grocery store, Piggly Wiggly is also in this shopping area. 5-8 miles offers a variety of big box retail as well as other services. We would recommend this property and congratulate Peggy and Christopher on their timely responses and suggestions. Marty and Karen

We loved this VRBO! It was so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The dish soap, detergent, and new sponge were a plus and a nice touch! Loved the giant TV, very cool AC, good water pressure, and extra bath and beach towels. We loved that they had a beach wagon—saved our lives!! The walk to the beach was easy, we just used the bike trail right beside the condos. Only downside was the people above us were so loud at random hours of the night (4am). 100% would stay here again though!

Good short trip stay

For a quick trip to the beach, this place gave us what was needed. A few minor snags but the host was easy to communicate with and hospitable. Thanks again. We’ll keep this place in mind again!

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The Host was very quick and understanding in responding to our questions and concerns throughout our stay. There were some card and board games at the property so we had a fun rainy game night.

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The proximity to the beach was great, we rented bikes and it was a short ride there. There was cold ac during summer months and the beds were very comfy. We had a slight issue with the downstairs bathroom, but the hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. Overall it was very comfortable and we would recommend!

Relaxing

We loved this place! It felt so relaxing and tranquil the whole time we were there. It was beautiful on the inside. Great location, close to everything in Hilton Head. We had absolutely everything we needed. There were plenty of beach items and activities that the hosts provided. Hosts were responsive. The home was very clean and orderly. Quiet neighborhood. The check in process was uncomplicated. Highly recommend a stay here!

Girls Getaway weekend to Hilton Head

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be booking this again. The property was so cool and the actual place was awesome. Very well-decorated and spacious, could fit a nice group of friends or a family. The only difficult thing was finding the place when we got there because it was dark. The room with the queen bed was great and the bed was very comfortable. My friends stayed in the room with twin beds and said they weren't as comfortable but it was still a great setup. We loved it here and will be booking again! Thank you:)

Perfectly Located Condo

The condo is in a great location! It is minutes to the beach and there are a lot of food options close by. It is close enough to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away for privacy. Our check in process was a bit bumpy because the cleaning service had not been there when we arrived two hours after the scheduled check in time. The owners were so helpful and made it right with us. They had it cleaned within a couple hours and we were able to settle in. All the questions I had were quickly taken care of and the owners were very helpful and kind. One of the reasons we booked this condo was that it came with three bikes to use. After arriving, we found out that the owners no longer had them. Inside the condo was very clean and well taken care of. They provided everything we needed to stay
paper towels, kitchen bags, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, detergent, etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked with bowls, spices, and pans. The patio areas on the first and second floor need to be thoroughly cleaned. We didn’t get to enjoy that space.

Pleasant stay

Very clean apartment and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Not an easy walk to the beach for older people or small children though. The complex is quite old. But for the money it’s to be expected.

This property was well decorated and equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable beach stay. The space was very clean. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach on paved and fully-shaded path. Peggy was easy to communicate with as questions arose. Overall a 5-star experience!

The property was so charming. You can tell they really thought through the needs of a renter. All the small details were exceptional. From multiple use charging cords by all the beds to kitchenwares, we had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again.l

Lovely spot

We had a great stay. Super convenient location, near the pool and the bike trails. Enjoyed the proximity to Coligny Beach, Restaurants, and Sea Pines but had a serene, quiet, cozy place to come back to. Perfect location for our group!

Perfect

We were blown away by this property. The location is wonderful, with an enjoyable walkway to beach. The home is so clean and beautifully decorated, and we couldn’t believe all the thoughtful attention to detail. There wasn’t a thing we could’ve needed that wasn’t provided. The beach chairs and wagon were so helpful. The kitchen has all the basics. There were even touches of comfort throughout the home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Condo was very nicely decorated, clean and stocked with assorted coffee and teas which we enjoyed. Communication with property manager was excellent. It was a little difficult locating place to pick up parking permit. We had a wonderful time!

With plenty of family activities such as biking, golf, boating and the beach - we love the island - our home away from home.

We had to check out any place listed as Treetops at Ocean Breeze. The structure of this place brought us back to my husband's early career building for Disney and the location was close to our favorite beach - South Forest Beach. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and there is no better area to be in to capture the imagination of this southern shore.
