All TVs are smart TVs - HBO Max and Disney + subscriptions included. Living room Samsung 65 inch tv supports casting from iPhones and Android devices directly.

Open floor layout easily blends from Living room with fire place to kitchen and then to large dining table.

Kitchen includes coffee maker (ground regular coffee provided), tea bags, cereals, cooking oil, salt and pepper, utensils, pots and pans. Dining plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups included.

Bedrooms include 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 full, 5 twin beds. Fresh linen and bath towels included with your stay.

3 full bathrooms on each floor. Each bathroom includes hair dryer, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Game room encompasses Pool table (mini size), air hockey and foosball table in the game area.

Guest will have full access to home, patio, fire pit.

Gate Entry: In order to get access to community all the driving guests must register at welcome center which is on the entrance of community. Valid drivers license and car registration required for registration.
Welcome center is open 24 hours.

Other things to note
Winter days: Each room in the house has own baseboard heater which can be adjusted to guests comfort. Please give some time for room to heat up since its a big house. Kindly refrain from turning thermostat to maximum o prevent heaters from burning out.
