Escape to our rustic chic farmhouse in Peoria, the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Our spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the pool, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and cable TV. Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and gather together in the large dining room. Just a short drive from downtown Peoria, our home offers the perfect blend of country charm and city convenience.

The main bedroom is positioned downstairs and comes with an adjoining bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, sharing another bathroom. An additional feature is a powder room located on the lower level of the house. Our home also boasts a foosball table and air hockey. Only those listed on this reservation are permitted in the house.

Please note, there is no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty. We urge you to monitor children and those not proficient in swimming around the pool area. The pool is only 5 feet deep, making it unsafe for diving. Please refrain from bringing glass into the pool area.

By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all Pool Rules. If you wish to have the pool heated, you must request this at the time of booking. The pool is heated for the duration of your stay, not on a day-by-day basis. Please be aware that in the winter months, achieving a swimming temperature of 83 degrees is challenging and swimming may not be possible. The heating fee increases to $110 a day during the winter months of October through March. From April to September , the fee is $75 a day. However, pool heating is typically unnecessary during the summer.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gatherings are permitted!
- Quiet hours after 10 PM are enforced out of respect for our neighbors.
- Locals must message before booking.
Our backyard is backed up to a large park featuring tennis courts. The Padres/Mariners Spring Training Complex is just a 15-minute drive away, as are West Gate, Cardinals Stadium, and an Outlet Mall. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to Quintero Golf, a 20-minute drive away, The 500 Club, a 15-minute drive away, and Trilogy @ Vistancia, only a 12-minute drive away. For those who enjoy hiking, West Wing Mountain Preserve is just a 12-minute drive away, and the New River Trail is also nearby.

Perfect house for large groups with kids
This place was amazing with a perfect layout and all amenities. The back yard is perfect for kids and adults with games, pool, and lounging. The turf areas were a hit with the kids for games and fun. I would 100% stay at this place again!!

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!
Clean, modern and up to date. This cute house was great for a group of us ladies to come and get away to relax and brainstorm. Huge inside. Minimal but has the necessaries. Easy to get to downtown Scottsdale. Neighbors were quiet and friendly if we saw any. The pool was so cute! The house is bigger than anticipated so with 8 women there was more than enough room. Heidi quickly handled the batteries dying on the front door. She responded so sweet and didn’t skip a beat. Skip the downtown bs and stay at this house!

The house was clean and spacious. Nice amenities. It worked out great for my family of 5. The host responded to all of my question promptly. We had a great stay.
