Stayed for 1 week, however, now the association only allows month to month :( 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a quiet area, the 2.5 bathrooms were nice. Beds and fans in the rooms great. Enjoyed the large TV in the family room. However, would like more lamps, as other suggested. The community pool was beautiful, but the water was just too cold, even for the first week in April. Used the pickle ball courts, LOVED this. Accommodations provided were adequate. The kitchen blender was the best, we've ever used. Neighbors are nice and enjoyed using the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. That saved us room in our vehicle. The entire area around the condo is so nice, will be returning to the area again. Appreciate the communication we received with the owners throughout our stay.

Nice vacation rental. Wonderful owners.

The property was as pictured, yet it was actually roomier than I'd expected. The condo grounds are very well maintained and the pool is lovely. You can see the sunset from the pool deck or from the clubhouse terrace. Pull the beach wagon half a mile with beach chairs and an Eskie full of snacks to the Gulf for the best sunset location. The furnishings are very comfortable. Oh, bring your tennis or pickleball gear. There's are many courts on the property. If I may, the lighting is barely adequate for reading at night and if you are a gourmet chef, you can make do. The location is fabulous. The owner immediately and effectively handled an issue for us as well.

Already reserved for 2024!

This lovely townhome met all of our needs. We LOVED the access to the pickleball courts. The “regulars” there were very welcoming. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad although a red tide was going on so beach time was limited. We made use of the beautiful pool. The place was well equipped. Will bring some red Solo cups next year as drinking glasses limited. We enjoyed the nearby “Turtle Park”.

Absolutely Perfect

Awesome location, clean place with everything needed. Super close to beach and all restaurants. Will definitely try to stay here again! Awesome hosts!

Beautiful beach townhome

We had a wonderful time at Jen and Jason's Indian Rocks Beach townhome. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the beach. Also an easy drive to a lot of great spots along the gulf. The townhome was very clean and beautifully decorated. The 2nd bedroom was great for our 3 boys with the bunk bed and full size bed. All of the beds were very comfortable and the townhome was very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend this townhome and would love to come back and visit again.

Will definitely go back!

Our time in Jen and Jason’s townhome near Indian Rocks Beach was absolutely terrific! Jen was really responsive, and she thought of everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It was just a short walk across the drawbridge and a couple of blocks to the beach, but we were able to find free street parking near CVS when hitting the beach earlier in the day. We would love to return to IRB and will surely stay here again.

Sun and Fun

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Springs immensely. The location was within walking distance of the beach in a very safe neighborhood. Our hosts furnished our Condo tastefully with many unexpected amenities. We hope to visit again in the future and highly recommend it.

Great place, great hosts.

Jen and Jason were terrific hosts. They checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean and had lots of extras like iPhone chargers bedside and water in the fridge. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the beach and near everything. We had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoyed the back patio and grill. We will definitely be returning!
