Recently updated, the main living area features a new sleeper sofa and love seat. Unwind with your crew and watch your favorite shows on the 47” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Before hitting the beach, whip up a hearty breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a blender, coffee maker, and toaster.
When you’re ready to eat, gather at the six-person dining table. Then top off your meal with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for three.
BED & BATH
Between the sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps six guests total.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a stately king-size bed, a cozy sitting nook, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
After a day of island explorations, kick back on the private patio and enjoy the fantastic beachfront views.
Or take an invigorating dip in the pool or hot tub. As evening falls, host a family cookout at the on-site grill area with Texas-size barbecue pits.
Guests will also enjoy private beach access, beach volleyball nets, a sun deck, and second-floor tennis court.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, on-site coin-operated washer/dryer, and one reserved parking spot are provided.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
