Bring your boat and tie it off at the dock in the backyard, or relax on the wraparound deck. Pecan Creek is a quiet channel on Lake LBJ, great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing -- and is just steps from your back door. Hop in and boat to the open waters of Lake LBJ, only two minutes away.

Relax in style in the light and airy living area, featuring comfortable furnishings and cathedral ceilings. Watch favorite shows on the 52” flat-screen TV with Roku and a DVD player. Large picture windows frame peekaboo views of the lake. The remodeled garage boasts a foosball table and an arcade game machine.

The chef in your group will appreciate the sleek, updated kitchen -- equipped with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table with seating for six. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

This one-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a king bed and a desk. An en-suite primary bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The remodeled garage doubles as a third bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Spend afternoons on the wraparound deck, furnished with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table. Make use of the gas grill and host a family cookout. Relax under the shade of trees in the expansive backyard, complete with private access to Lake LBJ. A private covered dock makes traveling to Lake LBJ a breeze. The channel is wake free, so it’s a safe place to keep your boat tied up throughout your stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, a washer/dryer, three kayaks and canoes, as well as driveway parking are provided.

Nestled on Pecan Creek, your waterfront retreat is a 2-minute boat ride to the open waters of constant-level Lake LBJ. Drive 10 minutes to visit the Horseshoe Bay Lighthouse, or explore convenient stores and dining options eight minutes away in Cottonwood Shores. A plethora of restaurants, shops, and amenities are only a 15-minute drive in Marble Falls. For more urban excursions, plan a day trip to Austin, one hour from your front door.

Things to Know
Please note the boat slip is not available for guest use.
This ground-level, one-story home does not require any stairs for access. However, the deck has a small set of stairs descending to the backyard.
This property is on 1/2 an acre and the water access is at the end of the yard.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Boat Dock / Boat Ramp:
- The Creek is 4ft deep.
- Guests can tie off their boat at the dock only. The boat slip is not available for guest use.
- There is no boat ramp onsite. The closest boat ramp to the home would be Lake LBJ Marina/Bay Marine- https://lakelbjmarina.com/




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
