Located in a quiet and established community neighborhood. Within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta and minutes to festivals, polo grounds, tennis garden, parks, hiking and golf. Enjoy amazing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from sunrise to sunset.
The space
Single level private home with gated courtyard. Newly remodeled 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Equipped with all kitchen essentials, cozy living spaces, outdoor activities. Floor plan allows privacy for multiple families with 2 bedroom and 1 bath on one end, and 3 bedroom 2 bath on the other with open living room, dining and kitchen in between. Large 1/3 acre oasis with private pool, spa, living and recreation.
Located just two-and-a-half miles away, take a scenic morning stroll on the trails of the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve. Bring your clubs and spend the day on one of the Coachella Valley's many magnificent courses. And for the music lovers in your group, the Stagecoach and Coachella Music and Arts Festivals are held less than four miles away at the Empire Polo Club.

*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Owner covers up to $1,000 in utilities per month. A security deposit of $2000 will be required for any excessive utility use beyond the monthly allowance.
Guests staying 30 days or more will require a monthly cleaning service. This will be prearranged by the host.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9am on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned.
- Property Specific terms:
You acknowledge and agree that, pursuant to the California Regional Stay Home Order, if you or anyone in your party will be arriving from outside the state of California, the length of your reservation will be for the minimum time period required for quarantine, and that you and each person staying in the rental unit will quarantine in the rental property until after that time period has expired (currently 10 days).
If you or anyone in your party are arriving from out of state and your reservation is for less than the time required to complete the required 10-day quarantine, you must amend or cancel your reservation. The owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation if it reasonably determines that you are not in compliance with these or any other terms as contained in the California Regional Stay Home Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements of the California Regional Stay Home Order could result in penalties, including fines and/or imprisonment.
